massage envy charge me 24.95 for my cancelation I made 2 days befor the appointment farmingdale, New York
made a appointment for a massage on 7/3/2012 by e-mail for 7/6/2012 email on 7/5/2012 2 times a cancellation. they said they never received it showed them the email but they still charge me 24.95 for no show i sent the email back from the email they sent me the oppointment they did receive it but mark who is in charge still rip me off buyers beware
