Complaint Review: Massage Envy

Consumer beware of Orange Crest, Riverside Massage Envy. They are scam and fraud assocates.  The do NOT let you cancell, even with a doctors note. They DO NOT log calls in which you complain. The Manager is NEVER in and when they do finally call back in weeks,they act as if they don't have a clue what you are talking about.  They WILL NOT take your cancellation seriously.  SCAM! DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT. They are also of HIPPA violation.
