Massage Envy is not a caring facility. I lost my job in June and they put my membership on hold, be-grudingly. I have had multiple issues with these people before this most recent episode. If you cancel at any time, they take away your $49 massage you just had debited out of your account. I have received verbal threats over and again. Because they did not re-hook my $600 necklace correctly, I lost it somewhere in their shop and they claim they never found it. You might say it was silly for me to wear it there but guess what? That WAS one of those pieces of jewelry that you do not remove unless you die!
I am an RN BSN MS.Ed MSN/MHA for over 30 years and totally believe in massage therapy but I do not believe in dealing with these folks. They could care less about the consumer; it is definitely all about money! That should not be the mission of the business! Customers and their needs are first if a business wants to remain in business. Please think twice before signing any contracts with them; I assure you that you will be sorry!
