Massage Envy My sister transferred a massage of hers from her membership to me they said there would only be a 10.00 transfer fee. we made 2 appointments for 1 for an hour and hers for 1/2 hr upon arriving, she asked if I could get the 1 1/2 hr massage too, they said yes, we went in and got our massages, when she was done, hers was only 1 hr, mine when I came out of the room, they told me I owed an extra 20.00... really! why did they not tell me when I said is there an extra charge! this is my second time at Massage envy unhappy the first time too. I'm sorry you feel cheated. But honestly use common sense no one would give you a FREE extra half hour massage. You were gifted an hour if you request add'l time you should know you pay for it after all it's a business!
