MASSAGE ENVY ripped me off of money and massages. carlsbad California
I had a contract in 2007 which M. Envy forgot about, which made me happy. Now in 2009, they are taking money out of my bank account for massages. I have spoken to them and they say they will cancel it, but they don't. Now, they have taken $236 from me and I cannot use the four massages that I paid for. Every time I go there or call them, I get lies and different answers to my problem. Just today, two different girls told me different answers to my problem...in front of each other. They don't know what they are doing. Oh wait, yes they do. They know how to scam and lie and rip people off. I told them that I would spread a bad word about them. I'm not done doing it either.

Spoke with owner, Dani Snyder, and she has given me my four massages which were owed to me. She also included $10 facials which was very nice of her. Many companies do not offer or try to "fix" a problem, but Dani sure did. Thanks!
