Massage Envy Unethical Practices: Charging for services not rendered! Seal Beach, California
If there is a class action against massage envy, I need to be included (as well as my bff)! They do not manage accounts correctly which lead to uncharged membership only to get a call from them months later with a huge outstanding bill amount and threatening collections on services not rendered! This company is a RIP OFF!!!
