Wife bought me a groupon deal for 60 minute massage so therapist talked me into doing a no risk membership for monthly massage. Big mistake! After having my credit card comprimised for fraund and closed my card to be reissued. I did not call the massage green center to use the card they took on file. It was comprimised. So I was going to come in for a massage but could not get one due to availability. I decided that I would have to come in to give the manager my new card number.
Mind you it was not even 24 hours and the massage center called MasterCard direct and charged my card!!??? did not make any sense nor was that legal since the credit card was flagged!! This company is committing Fraud. I could have brought in a completely different card to be used!! How dare they go behind the Credit Card carrier and my back to make a buck!!! Notifying BBB if I do not get the refund. Absolutely a Con game this place plays.
