Massaggio Spa Darren and Bailey Allen - Owners BEWARE of this Company - they are the most unethical and difficult company I've ever seen... Alpharetta, Georgia

This company, the owners, Darren and Bailey Allen, it's employees and it's business practices are ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE. They have made a business from taking advantage of it's patrons. I, like hundreds of others online, am a victim of this nasty company.

After being a member for years, I cancelled my membership. Months later, they are still billing me... I informed them I cancelled my membership, and they told me they never got it. The staff and the front was condescending, totally unhelpful and RUDE. I attempted to send certified mail to the corporate PO box, which was never picked up by the owners and returned to me several weeks later. They made NO EFFORT to rectify the situation or communicate with me.

With nowhere else to go, I turned to the BBB and filed a complaint like 67 others had. This complaint, like my letters, went unanswered. Almost a year later, they are sending me balance due letters and now threatening to report to credit bureaus.

I've visited, left messages, sent letters, attempted to contact them through the BBB - all to no avail... These people are the lowest of low and obviously have NO ISSUES WITH STEALING MONEY or having a destroyed reputation.

I encourage you to research, read reports and learn what these people stand for, what they are willing to do to scam honest people for a dollar, how they lack decent human conscience and obviously do not know the difference between right and wrong. I am shocked they are still in business - but then again, with the amount of money that they've stolen from customers, it's not that tough...

They always say, "What goes around comes around..."

In this case, I hope Massaggio Spa and it's incompetent, devoid of any good, almost evil or inhuman owners and staff go straight to hell - and I'm being nice. They actually deserve worse.

Georgia's Governor Office of Consumer Affairs is on them!!!

I had the same exact thing done to me.  I called the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs and lodged a formal complaint.  They were found to be in violation and now are being sued by the Governor's Office.

I had a six month contract - canceled one month into it.  Paid the remaining 5 months dues in compliance with my contract and have bank statements to show for it. On the 7th month they tried to bill my credit card again... I had to cancel the card which was a pain for all of the auto payments that I had.  I advised the company Bailey and darren that they are not to charge another payment.  They got all of the money I owed. I am done.  They claimed I never returned a 4 cent keychain tag and still owe until it is returned. Ha!

After I closed the account, their debit was declined so they charged me (although paid in full the month previous and canceled 5 months prior to finishing my payments) they then sent me a NSF fee. Then it went to collections and it ended up with a balance of $700.  How amazing.

You must understand that I paid for the entire 6 months although I canceled one month after the start.  This is how they treat people.

The crappy thing is how slow the Governor's office moves.  It has been years and no justice has been served.  In Georgia they encourage criminals to rip people off since there is NO PUNISHMENT for their crimes.

I am switching sides now to a life of crime so I will make more money too! : )
