Massey Services WORST Customer Service Clearwater Florida
Absolutely the WORST pest control company in Central Florida. Never able to get rid of ants...paid over $1000 for a termite control system and home inspection...and came up with termites a year later. Took out a whole closet in my home. Their response? Oh, we can retreat for you. **doh!!**
Their billing and customer service are the worst. After paying for yearly service they continually sent quarterly bills. I have multiple rental properties on the same street, and they would mess up the bills, apply all payments to one property and send you past due notices on the others. Truly a horrible, horrible mess.
Don, the Customer Service Manager has a selective memory, he'll tell you one thing one day..and the next swear he never said it. Total d****e.
DO NOT waste your time, energy or especially your money with these morons.
