I to worked for the company for just over 1 year in a large office in cfl. The manager would brag to us how he got out of paying for termite claims that should have been paid. I left the company because we were always understaffed and I was told to just get the job done no matter what we had to do. And what we had to do was take shortcuts so those stations in the ground hardly got checked. The company pays it workers on commission so the more homes they service the more a worker would make. My coworkers would brag on how many homes they serviced that day and there was no way they could have done a complete job. Some did what took me three days to do in one day. I was yelled at by my manager for taking the time to do the job write, meanwhile the manager was no ware to be found when I needed help. The manager did not realize my girlfriend lived in the same subdivision as him and my girlfriend would always see his truck in his driveway during the day while we all were supposed to be working. I moved in with her and I still see the truck in the driveway. I left the company and went back to school. Worst year of my life. If you use this company make sure you are home when the work is being done.

I have had the misfortune to work for this bunch of scam artists & would encourage everyone NOT to do biz. with them. They will never, ever pay 100% on any claim for termite damage & will never, ever pay any claim regarding damage to a lawn that has been treated by their "Greenup" division either. The Mgrs. for the various locations are trained to do everything possible to get the customer to pay for any damage themselves or at the least to pay out as little as possible. Don't buy the "attic upgrade" treatment for drywood termites that they try to peddle because #1 the tech will simply spray a bit of termicide around the opening to the attic & a bit around the airvents at the ends of the roof.#2 This type of termite likes to infest very old wood -so unlessYour house is over 50 yrs. old it won't be a prob. #3 they are only common in South Fl. & in Southern La. #4 The treatment would be worthless as done in any case. This is the type of thing this co. likes to call a "dog & pony show". You will be charged $1 per lin. ft. for this "service" which is around $200 & up for an average house.....for a cost of about 30 cents in material.I'm not sure if people are told that they will have 100% of any damages taken care of --the co. sales folks will say & do just about anything in my experience.Of course if I were paying a co. anything north of $200 per yr. for a bond that would be my assumption. If you should be using the greenup lawn service I hope You have the monthly service as the chemicals will begin to break down in about 2 weeks & after 30 days are completely gone....which is no problem unless of course the sales person led You to think otherwise. And odds are You will be led to think that....if they can't talk you into monthly service.Just plan on replacing the lawn yourself when the chinchbugs devour it.Oh yes and the "annual inspection" that they will want to do to "check for termite activity" ----it's really a sales call to try to get You to add on other services,The inspectors are allowed around 15 mins. to supposedly do the inside of the house then make a sales pitch & then off to the next victim. I have seen many dubious things with these folks --they are past masters of skirting what is legal. I think that one can tell alot about a company by the way they treat their employees & I have to say that I've never seen a company with such contempt for its workers as this one.And worse still such contempt for its customers. My advice for anyone needing this type service would be to hire an independent contractor ---a small family owned biz. --they have a vested interest in taking care of you & will do a much better job.
