In 2003 I bought a Sebring from the company for my son and financed it with Chrysler and traded my car. He drove the car home. Then I noticed it did not have cruise as stated on the advertisement. I called the next day and got a lot of run around. They stated that I would have to go to mediation as stated in very fine print on the reverse of their contract. I took the car back and left it with the sales manager.

One week later the car showed up in my driveway when I woke in the early morning. I left it there. Three weeks later the car was gone. Later they started sending me letters from the company owner's brother (an attorney) stating that they had to sell the car for $5000 less, and that I now owed them that money. I contacted an attorney, who still has the file, but my credit has been ruined because of this.
