MASTER CRAFT Auto Body, Breach of Contract. Poor workmanship Ripoff *UPDATE

I had been in an accident may 2001. Steve at master craft said work would be done in 4 weeks. I have car back in Aug 17 2001. That's not 4 weeks. Car gone back 4 times and AllState PAID OUT said it's covered for life and that exactly what's it will be life to get this car done correctly. This car is a black ford mustang with 14000 miles. And one can come to my home and look at the job done. See for yourself.

Allstate has Sent this car to another shop to get done >BBB of Washington D.C. has my complant I keep you informed.
Allstate said they just pay, its up to coustamer to get this done and they not the ones that hired master craft .
So this is a warning to all hard working people if you want to know why rates are so high our Insurance Company just keep paying out if the Body shop do damage other than what its in there for you get the suprize and pay if you do get the insurance
to pay for there mistakes it still cost us the Customers.
O the cost can be 400.00 to a new paint job of a tune of 950.00
