Had a contract with Master Home Soultions to put a tenant in our house and lease to own. Master home soultions never checked up on tenant just accepted the rent and paid our morgage. There was a cuple months he didn't pay and she would not evict him, she wanted my husband to do it and she was responsible for evicitng and finding another tenant if he didn;t pay according to the contract. They were also states they did a background check on him prior to renting. She never said anythign about his backgorund check being bad. I did my own later on and he is convicted felon. He trashed our house for the 3 years he lived there and was growing pot in the basement. They also did not renew the contract becasue they couldn't do a "double closing". So now since she never checked into him or manged the property when she was unde rthe contract. we now ahve a trashed house and are paying a ton to repair it all to sell and attempting to take tentant to court for damages.
