Total Rip Off!! Run Away from this Repair Shop as fast as you can!! They will give you and estimate and then the "REAL" charge will be totally different. Came in for an O2 sensor. Was told it would be 140.00 for the sensor. Was charged for "2" sensors at 215.00 a piece!! That's 430.00!! and on top of that was charged 200.00 for labor. It was not take 2 hours to install O2 senors... May God!! and on top of that was charged another 85.00 was the DIO... Total charge 720.00 BIG ONES... for an O2 sensor!!!

Okay they call my generation 18-35 years old, "generation C" because we are "connected". I use the internet everyday, especially when I am making a purchase. I Googled Master Import Santa Monica and saw two reviews, one review from Alan over 10 years ago. The second review was in 2009 from this guy Czer, another clearly angry dude wrote a review sabotaging Master Import. I live in the neighborhood and wanted a local mechanic I could walk to and trust. A friend goes to Master Import regularly and recommended I check them out. I couldn't disagree more with you Alan and Czer. I have had my car serviced for over two years with Master Import and have had excellent results every time. They have always been cheaper than any other mechanic too (because I still shop around) and they get the job done quickly. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation. Check them out and don't let these two bitter dudes keep you away. John
