John Albert House of MasterTech financial began advising our mother financially when our father passed away. I am her eldest son and chief advisor. House at MasterTech convinced her to sell our incredibly valuable Presidio/Pacific Heights San Francisco Home that would have generated $14k per month in rent, instead he convinced her to sell it in 2019 and have the proceeds invested in high commision, high risk, low liquidity Prudential annuities and the Griffin/Peakstone private illiquid REIT. I asked him again and again about the liquidity and safety of these companies and he assured me that the funds would be readily available and that Griffin would provide a quarterly distribution. Well, Griffin turned the distribution off without notifying anyone, and when we ask Mr. House to sell it, he admits that it cannot be sold until a quarterly date two months in advance and only a fraction of it can actually be sold, an amount he does not know. This man absolutely conned our family into these garbage investments, and is a predator. Do not let the smile and kind appearance fool you, he has turned our family finances into absolute turmoil. Beware of John House and MasterTech Financial if you value your finances. When finally confronted he now lies and says that he disclosed all of it to me. An absolute 100% lie with no evidence to back it up because it never happened. John Albert House is a Scammer MasterTech Financial is a Scam

Apparently YOU don't know enough about investing and didn't bother to learn! Anytime a salesman, and that's what this guy is, mentions "ANNUITY" you would have known this is a very high commission product and maybe you would have backed out. These guys look for people who appear to not know much about investing and to these people they love to pitch annuities for the high commission they will get and no, I don't work for them!
