I was a member on Match.com for three years (and got no dates).  They raised my membership without informing me.  I called to cancle service they said no problem but still billed me.  I called back and they told me i had to login to cancle - so i did and they billed me.  After calling again they said i logged in so therefore i used the service and would not be issued a refund.  They over charged me for $144.  Con artist company, dont waste your money!
