Complaint Review: Match.com

I would like to add my unauthorized billing complaint against MATCH.COM to the others here like it.

In July 2004 I signed up for one month's membership. I cancelled in accordance with the published procedure, yet was billed for the next 4 months, despite my repeating the cancellation process and despite my writing several emails (which were never acknowledged). I finally had to cancel the VISA card.

This company is run by THIEVES and they should be in jail.
