Complaint Review: Mate Jewellery

I ordered what was supposed to be a kit with which you are making samples of jewellery. I paid for the kit and when I received it it contained enough materials to make 3 bracelets and a necklace. The instructions were impossible to follow and were not very clear! The printed information stated that in order to receive any more supplies you had to buy them from the company at an outrageous price and that you would then be paid for any items( Bracelets necklaces) that you returned completed. It also stated that if you were not happy with your starter kit that refunds were not given. I tried to contact the company but there is no e-mail or phone number on the printed matter that was with the kit!
I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of claiming a refund for this scam!
As they say buyer beware!
