Complaint Review: Math Made Easy

I ordered DVDs and recieved them as promised, but the quality was poor. They were filmed in the 70's and the instructors did a lousy job at explaining the topics. I sent them back for a refund and was promised that the cheque was in the mail. That was six months ago and I still haven't recieved it. Each time I speak to customer service they pretend they don't understand why the refund doesn't make it to Canada and keep blaming the post office. When I asked them to send it registered mail I got a lame excuse that it would cost $75 to ship it by courier, even though it only cost me a few dollars to return the DVDs.

This company is a huge scam. Do not purchase anything from them.
