On November 23, 2010, my rental rights were wrongfully violated when this real estate brokerage company took the liberty to send subcontractors over to my apt. to do maintenance without giving me the required 24 hour notice per law.
And to let you know, this brokerage company utilizes many subcontractors to perform their maintenance for their properties. They are too d**n tight and cheap to pay people a good wage, so they resort to sending out criminal subcontractors over to your apt. to do maintenance.

Well on that day, I left my apt. and came back home later in the day to discover a handful of dvd/cd's missing, and a expensive piece of furniture moved into a different position in the apt. And speaking about maintenance, when you call the office and speak to these rude people about maintenance you need, it takes them about a week to get someone over to fix the issue.

After this horrific ordeal, I immediately filed a class action lawsuit against Mathers Realty on December 6th, 2010 and have won the case, because of their negligent actions in not providing me "proper 24 notice" to enter apt. to do repairs! Instead of being the "proper respectful" landlord, they did anything but cooperate with me in giving me answers in regards to my missing property and furniture, so I had no recourse but to seek legal action against them.

All these slumlords care about is their billfold (rent $) and the hell with your issues and problems!! And then I had to deal with their awful tenants in other buildings nearby who party all night with loud music and keep you up all night. Their rental clientele is primarily drug addicts, and college students who need short term housing. I was so glad I had reached the end of my lease after this horrific incident with what they did inside my apt. I was VERY fortunate to only rent from them for only 5 months - - and it was 5 months too long! The stupid secretary in the office who did up my lease did not know how to calculate a 6 month lease...she needs to go back to school and attend "Math 101"...Lots of Laughs!!!

And then to add the icing to the cake, I today received a letter from them asking me for money. The judgment in my lawsuit ordered Mathers Realty to pay me $122 and their letter tells me that they are taking it out of the so called money I owe them...What a JOKE!!!

My friend witnessed my apt. upon vacating, and I took extensive pictures which prove the clean condition of the property. So they are also screwing me out of every dime of my security deposit like they have done to others. Please reference other complaints against Mathers Realty with deposits on the Better Business Bureau website of New Mexico. This scum of the earth brokerage company has shown "NO REMORSE" to me over the wrongful malicious actions that were done to me, and CAVEAT EMPTOR - Renters BEWARE, and stay far away from these slumlords. You will regret big time if you decide to rent from these despicable deadbeats who could care less about you!!

"After this horrific ordeal, I immediately filed a class action lawsuit against Mathers Realty on December 6th, 2010 and have won the case"

This is obviously untrue.   I would venture to guess that you have no idea what a "class action lawsuit" actually is.

So, what other things in your post were you lying about?   Credibility is everything on this site.

I'll give you 3 guesses as to why your story is BS.  As a hint the reason is in the following statement you made.

I immediately filed a class action lawsuit against Mathers Realty on December 6th, 2010 and have won the case, because of their negligent actions in not providing me "proper 24 notice" to enter apt. to do repairs

Give up?  Well then why don't you just give us the court and docket number of the Class Action Lawsuit.
