Complaint Review: Matheson Flight Extenders Inc

Matheson started a safety program. Where the employees earned points for every month they where safe on the job! With these points they could order items for themselfs! We all ordered items and when we did the company discontinued the program with no items.   Also in their handbook their is no gambiling at work. When I reported it their was nothing done and I was terminated over a disagrement on sick leave! Is it because most of the employees are Mong including the manager that doesnt hoild his word after he tells you something in frount of everbody!
