OK...I've was a contract CPA involved with Brett & Matt for 3/4 months.
Matt was a very straight up honest guy during the entire process of my short tenure with the "firm" so to speak.
Brett was by my analysis, chasing some "Fine English p****" (daughter of a Born Again Christian Preacher, go figure) and she was really hot, by the way....oh God she was HOT !!
Matt was always on my side "to do right thing" financially....he was a very concerned about his reputation at all times, my God the put his entire Military career on the line for this "University" that Brett had created.
You have no idea how upset Matt would get with the mis-management of Credit Card processing "glitches" that would occur.
Matt is not the BAD GUY......Brett is.....
