and then i finally got a hold of someone and she contacted the stored manager and he towed my vehicle to the shop friday dec 2 2016 I heard back from them Monday dec 5,2016 saying that my coral was broke and it was laying down in front of my vehicle in the parking lot where my vehicle broke down at n that was not true they told me it was nothing wrong with my motor and that i could come and pick it up before i called them i checked my oil and no oil registered on the oil stick and there was residue that was on the oil cap like orange or yellowish the store manager got fired at the store where my vehicle

was towed to the same day that i made this complaint and the a guy named sam talked to me like i wasn't a customer and argued with me about my vehicle so I went to corporate and I was told to go back to the store where the claim was made and they were going to do everything in the power to fix the problem and get it right but when I arrived back at that sore Sam asked me What's up and I said did the manager at the corporate office not call you he said yea he did our cheapest

diagnostic is $90 something dollars and you can pay that and he laughed so i said why should i pay anything when yall messed up my vehicle so i called the manager at the at the corporate office and i asked when did you tell him what you told me he said i did and i told him that i do not appreciate Sam laughing at me when nothing is funny he said what do u want me to do call over there and tell sam to stop laughing at you because nothing is funny because if you needs some work done you got to pay Really Beware of the Company's they are a rip off and they do not want to take the blame for there fault
