 After purchasing a mattress from them we tried to exchange it for a different mattress as it was not as firm as the one we tried out in the store. The owner had to approve the exchange , according to the employees. We started to try and do this exchange 3 days after the purchase but it took us three weeks to catch the owner who agreed to the exchange. When we brought the mattress back we found one that was firmer than the one we returned.

 When we sat down to do the exchange  he said a 25% restocking fee would be applied but he would only charge us $149.   He said the sheets he gave us at no charge he was now billing us for. Along with the $100 dollars less the new mattress cost we only had to pay him $325 to do the exchange. That would be a $425  exchang costs on a $900 mattress. Bait and switch. He then lied to the credit card company and wrote that they never unloaded the mattress. We are pursuing in court and have filed a complaint with the Va DPOR.
