Complaint Review: Matrix Basement Finishing Systems

2015 I hired Matrix Basement to finish 1100SQFT basement. -> Storage Room (unfinished, just a door) -> Excercise room with fasle ceiling, cortech floor, french door -> one full bathroom (bathroom already roughed in). I seperately bought the Bath tiles, Vanity and Mirror. -> 1 simple linen closet -> One office with door , cortech flooring with false ceiling -> one recreation area /family room/ game area (simple common area) , false ceiling, cortech flooring. -> Recess lighting throughout Total cost charged : 86,000 No bars, No kitchen etc...no egress window.. every person and other contractors I speak to provide a quote of 30-50K(max) for this work. Matrix charged me 86K for a simple no frills basement of 1100sq . This is an outrageous Ripoff of someone who trusted them to provide market pricing.
