Subject: RE: Experienced Auction Listers Needed Asap !

hello,

i know its sunday mourning really early but i am the owner of Matrix IT
Solutions we are a supplier of
high end computers to sellers on ebay, ubid, ioffer and other sites as well .
What we do is we have a few core sellers who sell our normal dells and
toshiba laptops . But with christmas season fast approaching we are looking
for 2 new sellers to join the core sellers who currently earn on average 800
a week in commisions . What we do is we provide u the seller , with the
listing complete with the pictures and all the tech information . When we do
that we also give u the wholesale price of each item which since we are a
leagal registered company we get very cheap . We would like for u to be the
official seller of our hottest seller apple laptops and toshiba's and such .
lets say for example that a apple ibook , with a wholesale price of say 500
sells for 1500 on ebay . We split the profits of every penny above the
wholesale price . Then when a customer orders a item and sends u the funds ,u take your profits off the top . And send the remaining funds to us wholesale price +50% of the remaining wholesale profits . We drop ship the
item in 2-3 days , but with christmas approaching we will offer 24 hour service to all orders . U get good feedback from the item and we keep making money together . We are a team , we work together and u make about 250
dollars profits from each item and u sell between 2-3 listings at a time .
That being said , we would like to get u listing asap , and at least get u your first order so that u can see the process its something that we are very proud of . If u are interested in getting started asap , shoot back
over a email and i will personally get u great listing and hopefully with the season to make alot of money fast approaching we can grow money together
.

The next day, I received a phone call from Bianca Morgan, who claimed to be in partnership with Kevin. She explained what my responsibility would be and how to list the laptops. I, immediately, did research on the company, Matrix IT Solutions, Kevin Holley and Bianca Morgan. I could not find anything about them or the company, not even with The Better Business Bureau. The only thing I found there was an address, which is 234 Lakewood Dr. Bloomfield, N.J. and the phone no. The first time I called, I got a voice mail with Kevin introducing the company and his name. I did not leave a message. It seemed to be a real company then.

So I finally decided to list a laptop on ioffer.com, but when I wrote Bianca this, she wanted to know if I had listed on ebay. Then was when I listed two on ebay and wrote back that I had.

The auctions went well. They started at $50 on ebay and a pay now price of $1900 on ioffer.com. The one on ioffer sold right away. This is when the nightmare started. I wrote her asking questions from my buyer. She only gave me vague answers. When I wtote her I had sent the cashier's check. She answered right away asking if I had sent my first sale overnight. Before this, it took her days to answer me either in an email or by calling.

One of my auctions was bid on and won by a fraud on ebay who caused the listing fees to sky rocket. I wrote Bianca telling her what had happened. she told me to put in a strke report on this person. I did, and it was found they had taken over someone's account. So ebay credited the fees to my account. Being new to all this, I thought they meant my PayPal account. This is how rotten these people are. When Bianca called me to tell me she had received my cashier's check, she also told me I would have to pay them these fees since they were, in fact, credited to my ebay account instead. I thought my fears had been allayed since she called me, personally. I was wrong.

Before sending a cashier's check to them for the first sale, I was still searching and researching every avenue I could think of, even here at ripoffreport. I did not want to take a chance on my customer being ripped off as he had been through something like this beforehand. I still couldn't find anything about them or the company that proved them to be a scam.

A lot of the emails I sent to her were, at best, not answered completely or with reserve. And the call I made to Kevin Holley was never answered. As it turned out, Bianca was just answering my emails to keep me hooked.

In the meantime, my PayPal account has been changed to a limited account so I can't do anything with it until I meet their resolve questions, one of which, is giving them the tracking no of the laptop. I refunded the money to a second chance winner from ebay because I wasn't getting anywhere with getting my PayPal account opened again, and I knew it would take a long time for the restriction to be lifted.

In the meantime, I can't refund the first buyer's money as I don't have it. Furthermore, any of the rest of the fees, from ebay, will come out of my pocket. The first fees I took out of the payment as instructed to do by Kevin and Bianca.

I fell for this scam because I was desperate to help with our expenses. And everything seemed on the up until tonight when I got a final call from my first customer. He was fed up with waiting for his laptop after three and a half weeks. I finally gave him the information I have regarding the name of the company, Matrix I.T. Solutions and Kevin Holley. He did a check and found a letter from someone here.

Now their customer is wanting his money back. I'm out of the little bit of money I did make because I'm refunding whatever I can to him. I don't want to keep it considering what he's been through and I feel it's dirty money. I also am going to have to let PayPal know what has transpired, of how this company is a scam. I don't know if they will open my account or not. I spent hours listing these laptops and I have nothing to show for it. And to top it all off, Bianca Morgan is telling me I have to pay them the fees credited to my ebay account. I'm not sending them another penny!

The addresses I have for this company are, 234 Lakewood Drive Bloomfield, N.J 07003 and 957 route 33 #140 Hamilton, NJ 08690, which turns out to be a UPS Store. The first address belongs to someone else's name, Nippes. The first time I went to the Better Business Bureau, it was said to be under Matrix I.T. Solutions, LLC name with Kevin Holley as the owner and his no. The next time I checked it after sending the cashier's check and receiving the strange email from Bianca) I called 411 and found it to be under someone else's name. Then I went back to Better Business Bureau to recheck it. I couldn't find it again under the company name or any other reference. I went to switchboard.com and found it to be, indeed, under M. Nippes. Here is the phone no for Kevin Holley, 732-586-9272, so you can call it to try to get a refund or to let him know it's out there now and he can't get by with ripping people off anymore. Also, call the Attorney General for the company's area and let them know about this.

I'm going to put this out all over the web and I'm going to contact anyone who has the pictures they send you to list with and let them know it's a scam and to close their auctions, if they can, and let ebay know what's going on.

I'm not just going to sit back and let them get by with their scam.

If anyone has any ideas or if you are a lawyer who can advise me as to what my responsibilities are to their customer who got ripped off, I would appreciate it. I can't pay anything as I don't have any money to do so. Thanks for any help given and for putting this scammer out of business for good and behind bars.

I Am Back To Respond to Updates on Kevin Holley of Matrix IT Solutions LLC

#26Author of original report

Fri, November 02, 2007

I thought I could just leave this situation alone, but it has come to my attention that Kevin Holley is still ripping people off. I can't, honestly, just turn away and say it's not happening. So I'm back to give an update on what I know, so far.

I read here, on another report, that Kevin Holley is now living in North Carolina, somewhere in the Salem area. I also read, from Bianca Morgan, herself, that she was just as much a victim of his scam as others who bought from or worked for him.

First off, I apologize to Bianca Morgan for what I've said here, if I'm proven wrong. I will keep an ongoing vigil for any information I may find and repost here when I've researched reports.

If you know of any information regarding as to the whereabouts of Kevin Holley, Barbara Holley, his mother or any one who is involved in his scams, please report it so he can, finally, be stopped. I will, also, do my part as much as I can.

As far as what happened with his customer who bought a laptop through me. He sued me and won, but, as much as I would like to, I cannot pay him his refund. This is up to Kevin Holley to take care of his refund. Since working for Holley, I am disabled and cannot work outside of home. My husband's checks just go, mainly, for our bills and that's about it. He barely has enough to keep gas in our truck to get back and forth to work. He isn't all that healthy either and has to take a lot of medicine, which is costly. We don't have health coverage so we have to take care of this on our own. So there just isn't any way to pay his customer.

I'm not going to go into a song and dance about our hardships, but I will say this, the reason I decided to sell for Kevin Holley is the same as many others. We wanted to pay our bills, put food on our tables and have something to look forward to rather than every day hum drum schedules. Sure we wanted to buy a few nice items. Who wouldn't? If you get honest about it, the money looked good. I don't know about the rest of you, who sold for him, but we looked forward to having a full cupboard and refrigerator and even going out to eat once in awhile. I also wanted to see my husband be able to wear nice clothes instead of holey and stained shirts and jeans.

So when you said that I was being greedy, well, if wanting the normal, every day things that make life more enjoyable is being greedy, then I guess you're right. But if you happen to be able to enjoy them without to much compunction of financial strain, then I'm happy for you. But don't judge others too harshly. Unexpected things happen to the best of us, even you, and often times, when you least expect it. I don't, however, wish you any harm. I pray your life is one of joy and blessings even though you termed me as being greedy.

For all others who have been supportive, I thank you.

Update on Matrix IT Solutions LLC

#26Author of original report

Wed, February 14, 2007

I've forgiven and gotten on with my life. I just want to lay this to rest.

Before I do, one last thing is, Kevin Holley never paid his customer. I'm taking care of it as soon as it is available to do so.

I have a bona-fide health and wellness business with an outstanding, long term company. I don't need challenges of the mind by holding onto the past or bad feelings.

I might suggest any of you who had this experience do the same. It can only help you to move in the direction and path you want. Holding onto hard feelings can only bring more of the same as is taught in The Secret. If you don't know what this is, go to youtube and type in Secret.

#26Consumer Suggestion

Wed, January 10, 2007

Hello,
I have a suggestion. For those of you who have not received their money back, I would suggest filing a formal complaint. Go to the police department in the town were the crime was committed. So, for example if you sent money to the town of "anytown" to "offending person". Then charges could be brought up against "offending person". In this case, it seems there is no attempt to deliver goods and no attempt to refund money, that is theft by deception. I would be interested in finding out if anyone had anything delivered or refunded.

The audacity of Kevin Holley

#26Consumer Suggestion

Wed, January 10, 2007

Holley, or whatever your name is, I can't believe you have the nerve to actually show your face here. Anyone who is responding to this ripoff scam parasite needs to have their head examined.

Just be aware that there are criminal sociopaths on ebay and other auction sites preying on those looking for a deal that seems slightly too good to be true. Like I said before, he will cross the wrong person (law enforcement, digital forensic expert) and that will be his certain downfall. I pray that time comes very soon.

Why should we contact you?

#26Consumer Suggestion

Wed, December 27, 2006

Kevin you should be doing everything possible to resolve these issues. Why should we try to resolve them for you? I think you know whom you have screwed and you should contact each individual and take care of the problems you caused.

A great way to resolve the problems is to start by refunding every single person you scammed and not just apologize.

Kevin Holley Ripped Off His Customer

#26Author of original report

Thu, December 21, 2006

Yep. Here it is almost the end of December, and there has not been any laptop delivered nor a refund of the customer's money.

A call to me, form another victim, revealed these scam artists have blogs on www.myspace.com. Look for Bianca Morgan, then look under her friend's list. Then you can see exactly what he has been up to. When I confronted Kevin Holley with an email I forwarded from the customer demanding his payment, and I told him to not bother trying to fire me, I already quit. His response was, (I'm sorry this didn't work out. By the way, how did you find out I'm on myspace.com.) No proper response, which should have been, I'll see to it this customer is refunded immediately or his laptop will be delivered within a specified amount of time.

Kevin Holley and Bianca Morgan scammed me and they scammed a customer. (She has not been responsive either after telling me I would be receiving a tracking no to give to their customer. She also wrote and told me she hoped I would come back here and say everything is fine-that they aren't out to ruin anyone.) I would imagine this was to give them more time to pull of their scam.

I'm not going to be made to feel guilty for not knowing that it was a scam considering I spent numerous hours researching and searching for any information about them or the company nor for trying to do everything I can to make it up to his customer.

PayPal finally refunded some of his money from my account. I will not say his name here to protect his rights. If he chooses to put in his own report, that will be his own decision. My main interest is to put a stop to others being ripped off and, in one particular case, left destroyed financially, emotionally, and physically. And she was a single mother just trying to make a better life for her and her child. So what was her crime?

I have already put in a complaint, this morning, with the better business bureau, and I also am putting in complaints with the FBI and other on-line fraud companies about Kevin Holley and Matrix I.T. Solutions, LCC, as directed by a PayPal representative.

I, highly, recommend anyone else who has been ripped off by them to do the same. Once this information gets out there that people aren't just going to sit back and take it or go away, this kind of scam will stop. At least, Kevin Holley will be stopped, and, most likely, get put behind bars.

Like the person who wrote about him not receiving his laptop, if this has happened to you from Kevin Holley and Bianca Morgan of Matrix I.T. Solutions, LCC, report them to every legal and on-line and off line organizations and authorities possible.

As far as getting any information about them being in business for a long time, look under www.bbb.org and then look under Matrix I.T. Solutions, LCC. According to their records, they have only been in business since September of this year. Furthermore, there is a report of a product not being delivered-specifics are not included.

I have kept every email regarding this whole transaction, and I'm ready to turn them over to the authorities if requested.

So, Kevin Holley, it's time to take care of your responsibilities and refund the customer who bought a laptop he never received. You know his address. And you're getting off easy. You only have to pay him the rest of $1559.20. The rest was paid to him, yesterday, December 20, 2006, through my PayPal account.

The address you are using for your business at 234 Lakewood Dr. Bloomfield, N.J. 07003 is not even a business address, bbb states they sent complaints to it and had no resolve. I found out why.

I called and left a message (yes, I found out who really lives there) and your ex-landlady, whom you ripped off and moved out in the middle of the night on, called me back. Not only did you not pay her your rent, but you left her with removing all your stuff, which cost her besides. In other words, like your customers and other's you've scammed, you left her holding the bag.

I also want you to know I'm seeking legal advice from a friend, who happens to be a lawyer. I'm not going down for you or your girlfriend, Bianca Morgan.

I just thank God another one of your, almost, victims received his full refund, and ebay removed my other listings. I'm also thankful PayPal reversed the funds I tried to send to my checking account. If they hadn't, there would be another victim to add to your roster. The other two I removed from iOffer myself when I figured it out what you were really all about.

I tried believing, with all that transpired, that you would step up to the plate and be a man and take care of your responsibilities to your customer. But you proved you are not trustworthy or a true business man.

You stated, in the other report, you have a two year old child. How is he going to feel knowing Daddy isn't an honest person. How about he will have to visit you in prison because that is exactly where you're headed. You've committed a felony, and you've caused, unsuspecting, listers to do the same. The authorities will catch up with you sooner or later, and even if they don't, what goes around comes around. It is a true fact.

And think about this, how would you like it if you're child was ripped off from his Christmas present by some scammer, you trusted, like your customer, who bought from my listing, trusted a laptop would arrive? Is he/she going to end up in the foster system? It's not a pretty picture. Did you know if a child ends up in the foster system, they are considered as damaged and will never be worth anything to society?

Check out the report, on here, about that. Then think, do I really want to put my son through that? Or is it already too late? At least, do this one thing right, before Christmas. Pay him the $1559.20 and get that off your record. It just may be your one saving grace.

Almost ripped off by Holley

#26Consumer Comment

Wed, December 20, 2006

Back in October I bid and won on a 17" Apple Powerbook that in hindsight, maybe seemed just a little too reasonable in price to be be a real deal. I paid via paypal. Payment was immediately accepted.

2 days after sale, I finally hear from seller. I ask for tracking number - she says she will get it from her distributor. To summarize a drawn-out ordeal, 1 week, no tracking number, bad communication - I take it out on the seller. Day 10, no merchandise and I am obligated to cancel the deal. I tell seller i am filing fraud report - she cracks and gives me the email of a person named Kevin Holley - what follows are the multiple emails back and forth

Note: He would not give a tracking number and said he was going to drop it off to me directly, which I did not like the idea of

FROM ME:

Hi Kevin,

I was wondering if I am ever going to see this computer that I bid on and won and had hoped would be delivered to me by the postage that I
paid for immediately.
Now I am sitting here, getting the runaround from Uju and being told you are to hand deliver it to me from New Jersey?

It all sounds quite odd to me, and that is great if you do deliver it - please confirm this is true. I will be happy when I actually receive the goods I ordered, and will give a good transaction rating despite the weird confusion.

The fact that she would not give me any sort of tracking number was a red flag. Her feedback rating and ability to unload computers she is
selling for you on Ebay will be greatly compromised by the scathing negative rating I am about to post if I do not hear from someone soon,
along with a Fraud complaint to Paypal. Please prove me wrong.

I look forward to hearing from you and setting everything straight - you can call me at the number below at any time this evening.

Please call me

FROM KEVIN HOLLEY:

Sir , please relax , i recieved the said order within 24 hours of your anticipated date of u leaving and i was on my way to drop it off when i was involved in a car accident , and i could have lost my 2 year old son and or my wife who was coming with me today , i am refunding u immediatly , i am sorry that we couldnt complete it before u left , best i can do , but we can sit here and argue over the computer but i could have lost my family today and its a scary feeling

-------------

this goes on and on all week, no refund no computer.

Then the seller contacts me, frightened because Holley is demanding payment from her from something he was never going to deliver. she refunds me through Paypal. She sends me the craigslist.com link where she signed up with Matrix IT Solutions AND gave me his cell phone.
He never answered calls, just a voicemail. Incidentally, by his diction and manner of speech, you can easily tell he is NOT a real businessman.

He is a criminal. I am surprised he is still out there. I will take great pleasure in his certain downfall.

I have proof..that Kevin Holley from Matrix IT Solutions ripped me off and my 4 customers. In fact non of my customers received anything and yes Paypal knows that nothing was shipped, no tracking information was given and to top it off Kevin admits to not shipping the items (I have emails.)

I also have proof that he did cash the checks I sent to him with all of my customer's names and item #'s. So yes he did rip off people and took the money and ran. Offered to refund but no money was ever received.

I or probably the other persons whom they ripped off were not fired, we just would not tolerate being scammed. In fact I confronted him on several occasions about this. All he would say is my supplier blah blah blah.

He also claims to have other companies too (real estate) calls himself a businessman and all he is a liar. Morgan is probably just one of his girlfriends who he's turned to scamming others. They are both just about 25 years old and Kevin drives an Audi thinks he's on top of the world.

It's a shame that people can sit here and try to justify dishonest people.

I have to agree with the original person whom posted about this.

These people lie through their teeth and assure you that all the legitimate steps are being done. You don't believe that they are going to rip you or your customers' off. In fact Kevin assures you that he's got other reps that are in fact doing well and have been with the company for a while.

So in my case and probably in the case of the person who originally posted this report...we were led to believe that this was an honest reputable company. When in fact this company just took off and ran with our customer's money.

The fact is that these people from Matrix IT Solutions, Kevin, Bianca and whomever else, should not be scouting people to do their dirty work, never the less promising them that they are indeed a legitimate honest company when the real truth is that they are taking your money and running with it. Not only do they act as if you are the one that sucks at selling implying that we are bitter for not making money but they are thieves who thrive on other people hard earned money.

And yes I believe that no one should have to put up with it regardless of experience on eBay or any other listing site.

Reputable companies refund money when items are not shippedespecially when the representative who is selling on their good name and credit have put in work and value their customers.

Matrix IT Solutions, Kevin Holley, and Bianca Morgan will rip you off so stay away from them!!!!

Regarding your response

#26Consumer Comment

Fri, December 08, 2006

I can assure you that I did indeed read your posts, twice in fact. I understood everything in them, but I think you missed the point in mine. I'm going to save the explanation for the end of this post, though, so hopefully it will be the last thing you read and the thing which sticks in your mind.

Perhaps I'm wrong in my assessment of you that greed was your motivator, but honestly I highly doubt it. You saw an opportunity to make money, you ignored your better judgement, and went ahead and entered your agreement with Matrix IT. Greed does not denote your desire to use the money for something frivilous, it simply states your motivation was making money. Your intention to use the profit for honorable purposes is irrelevant- your desire for the money is the only thing that matters.

To say you opened your ebay business of selling laptops to 'help the unfortunate' is quite laughable. Maybe you look back now and, in your mind, have painted it to look like that to yourself, but it was absolutely not your motivator. You are going to have to come to grips with that yourself, though, so arguing your 'intent' is fruitless.

You drew a corrolation between what you were doing with Matrix with what WalMart does for it's suppliers. They buy products from a supplier and sell them for a profit. Insofar as that description goes, I will admit it's identical but that's NOT why the suppliers SELL to WalMart. They sell their products to WalMart because WalMart posesses the means to market and sell the products.

WalMart has something the suppliers lack- Stores. WalMart buys thing in bulk, at a massive discout, and markets them in their stores. People go to WalMart to buy things because it is convenient- whatever they want is most likely there in one form or another and they can make their purchases in one trip, rather than dozens of individual ones.

For example, the company which makes Bath-towels for WalMart could very easily open their own store and sell their bath-towels. The towels would be cheaper than what WalMart could sell them for, as they're cutting out the middle man (read here- WalMart).

So why don't they? Basically it's a question of what consumers are willing to do when they purchase. Consumers will pay MORE for an item if they can buy other items at the same place and make their trip more convenient. Were you to replace all the items in your bathroom and shop at individual little stores for those items, you'd make about 20 trips to different stores. The cost of driving to all those places, to say nothing of the time wasted, would sway your decision to shop somewhere you could buy ALL those things, with the only downside being you pay a little more.

If your example was meant to convey that relationship between yourself and Matrix IT, hopefully you can see now where they do not really resemble each other at all. But perhaps you meant that WalMart sells things online which they buy from other companies? Again, there's a problem here.

WalMart has a no doubt successful internet sales department due to the fact people recognize the name 'WalMart' as where they wish to buy things. People go to WalMart's website because of NAME RECOGNITION and no other reason. Again, it's convenient to make those online purchases from ONE place, rather than surfing to 20 different companies, ordering 20 different things on 20 different order forms online, and then waiting for 20 seperate deliveries. Again, you see where the comparison doesn't match up.

"Sunshine Ebay Sales" (or whatever your call yourself online) has no more name recognition than "Matrix IT" on ebay or any other site like it. Matrix does not need you to sell their items. They choose to do so for one reason and one reason only- they saw the opportunity to take payment THROUGH you for a non-existant item, and then left you to suffer the consequences. YOU sold something. YOU were paid. It does not matter that you were getting the item sold from someone else, you are the one responsible for delivery.

You further mentioned that the way someone types is not an indication of their professionalism. are you really serious about that? Someone typing a professional communication and using 'U' for 'you' or 'R' for 'are' is a very obvious indication something isn't quite right. Why would a professional do that? Someone who is professional takes pride in what they do and would not allow themselves to look uneducated or lazy in an email or memo.

As a professional, particularly as someone leading a sales team, you lead by example. I'm quite sure were Matrix IT a real business they would not want YOU to communicate to their customers in such a manner. If that is all the respect they have for their own business and for their 'employees', then they cannot possibly be legitimate as they would not last very long in the business world.

But all of this is irrelevant. The scam here is VERY VERY simple.

1- You list an item.
2- You sell the item.
3- You take money for the item.
4- You send the money to Matrix.
5- Matrix does not ship anything.
6- Ebay and Paypal require YOU to come up with the refund or the product.

They get money for nothing. What does it matter if they 'pay' the fees? Fine, you take the listing fees out of their profit, but since they NEVER SHIP ANYTHING, they get cold hard cash- pure profit. YOU are the one who took it upon themselves to 'sell' the item, and it falls to YOU to deliver it.

I suggest you read numbers 1 through 6 a few times, and read the paragraph under them a few times as well. Hopefully the scam will become evident.

So, again, what could Matrix POSSIBLY need you for? There is NO REASON to sell their product through you. None. Go back and read 1-6 again, you'll understand.

Maybe your only crime here is being foolishly optimistic, but as a 'seasoned internet user' you should have honestly seen this one coming a mile away. Within the first couple paragraphs of your original post I knew what the outcome would be.

So, one last time. You sold something on ebay, you collected money, you sent some of that money to Matrix, they never shipped anything. You are sued by ebay, paypal, or the purchaser for the item or a refund. They already have their cash and YOU are left to refund their cut out of your pocket. When your attorney gets involved, suddenly their emails will bounce back from deleted email accounts, phone calls will go to disconnected numbers, and since you shipped the money to a UPS store. do you see where this is going? Everything you have as a contact for them is intangible. All addresses are either fake or 'mail' stores. Phone numbers can be changed, names can be lied about.

Matrix I.T. Solutions, LLC Kevin Holley Response to Report

#26UPDATE Employee

Fri, December 08, 2006

Michael. First off, thank you for your compliment in which you think I'm intelligent. While I don't know whether that has bearing on this situation or not, I am responding to your suggestions.

Have you ever wanted to believe something was true for the simple fact it was important for you to have a life that is different than what you have? Well, that is what has happened to me. No, Michael, I am not a greedy person. On the contrary, I happen to be a giving individual who does so at every opportunity. Whether it is of myself or what I have, it is something I, thoroughly, enjoy doing.

As for your suggestions that this company may be a scam, you missed some of my report because I stated I have had numerous phone conversations with Ms. Morgan. As a matter of fact, her very first call was to instruct me on the procedure of how the listings are to be done. She, furthermore, pointed out that they pay all listing fees as Mr. Holley had stated in his ad as well as his email.

She also told me that PayPal would freeze my account if I tried selling the laptops outright or try to sell too many at one time. She shared how one of their sellers had not listened and suffered those exact consequences. She also told me I will need to get a merchant's account as that would be a more ideal way to do business, but she pointed out that, for then, if PayPal is what I had, then to go ahead and use them. But she did not suggest I use them implicitly nor did she think it would be a good idea to continue using their services due to the fact they are known for freezing their customers accounts on an alarming basis.

I have had an account with them for years. I did not just get one at her suggestion nor for the purpose of listing the laptops. I have sold on ebay before using them as my payment processor. I also have used their services for buying products.

I am a seasoned internet user and am very familiar with how others have suffered losses due to PayPal's strict and unfair policies. I have put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding their, illegal, holding of my funds.

This is off the subject, but they have a class action suit against them every year. So I did know all this beforehand, but like most people, I didn't think it could happen to me. That was my error in judgment.

Besides this, Ms. Morgan specified exactly what not to do. I did as she instructed, but PayPal suspected I was someone who was, illegally, using my account because I had too much money come into my account, and in order to pay for merchandise, had tried to send funds to my checking account for the last customer's order. They had accepted my transfer, but then reversed it. PayPal suspected illegal activity.

My calls did not persuade them otherwise nor did my fax with the information they requested nor proof of my address. So my account remains frozen.

How Bianca writes has no bearing on her regarding her professionalism as a business person. Whenever we've spoke, I've found her to be articulate and informative.

Have you ever heard of free enterprise? It is where a company hires many people to do the work and they pay them something for their talents or abilities. Bill Gates comes to mind, not to mention Walmart, K-Mart and many industrial companies, such as, 3M just to name a few. There are also many businesses who have affiliates selling for them. This was explained to me when Ms. Morgan and I spoke for the first time, and I didn't have to ask. She, forthrightly, volunteered the information for their reasons for hiring others to list for them. And, by the way, she also has sold them herself.

As I said, I'm a skeptic and did extensive research before deciding to list for them. I could not find anything positive or negative about them or their company.

Why would it not be a possibility to work listing products for a drop shipping company? As a subscriber, I've received information regarding contacts for such companies through Worldwide Brands.com, who is a highly reputable business. The drop shippers provide pictures and descriptions of the products, which many power sellers use on ebay.

These are the many things I pondered and deliberated, for many days, before making the final decision to list the laptops. It seemed a feasible opportunity, but things went awry. As I said, I did refund one person's money due to PayPal restricting my account.

Considering how long it was taking for PayPal to open my account, I didn't feel it fair to keep this person waiting. I instructed the individual to write PayPal for a refund, which, at my request, was followed. I, also, asked for one on his/her behalf.

This person is a highly professional individual who owns a business. After the refund was remitted, and I responded I was thankful, I received an email requesting for when or if I started listing them again. With respect, it gave me hope, once again, that this may be a true opportunity. I, especially, value the opinion of this individual and appreciated the trust which has been shown to me. We also spoke on the phone since I made it a point for my phone no. to be sent for that reason. As for the, specific, reasons, other than helping others, I started listing for Matrix I.T. Solutions, LLC were these.

I was fired, unfairly, over seven years ago and have not been able to find employment since. This is due to two reasons, one of which is, I cannot perform in the capacity in which I once held positions and also had my own cleaning services. The other is, most likely, I'm in my golden years fast approaching my sixtieth birthday. Where I live, young is acceptable. Seniors are not. Also, I don't drive any more.

This seemed an opportunity to help my husband with our bills as well as funding my daughter's needs one of which is extensive dental care that will be in the realm of $19,000.

I have no reason for greed. I have everything I've ever wanted and more. I have the love of a wonderful, supportive husband, the devotion of my daughter(who is also my best friend) and friends who value my friendship. I also live in a comfortable, attractive environment and have more clothes than I really need, and plenty of food even though I have a hard time eating because I also need extensive dental care-all of which I cannot afford with just my husband's income nor can we afford insurance. My husband also needs dental and medical care.

I realize this is probably too much information, but I am stating my true reasons for my decision, which is to compliment my husband's income, and to be able to, like many others, pay our bills.

If these are reasons for suspecting me to have greed as my motive, this isn't a fair assessment. Yes. There are a few items I would like to have, such as, a stainless steel percolator. I'm like everybody else who wants the finer things in life. This is not a crime. It is only a desire. I also can wait if need be, for them to come to pass later on.

Many items we have have been acquired through free sites I frequent. Almost all of our furniture, even our Christmas trees (no, that was not a misspelling) has come through these means. This is also because of the principle, if you give, you receive, which I highly believe in and practice on a regular basis.

As far as the situation with their customer, that need will be met.

So, I have to say, no. My reasons were not for greed but for those less fortunate than myself, including my husband who works seven days a week.

I'm apologize for this long explanation. What my daughter said is true. I build the watch instead of just telling the time. Thank you for your interest.

You are being used as a mule to rip others off. Why don't they send you the laptops so you can physically send them to the buyers?
Why are the buyers not just paying them directly?

There is no legit reason for you to be in the middle without product-a working legit product-and to be shuffling money.

They told you what you wanted to hear so you release the extra fees paid to you. Keep them. You will be required to refund them-you watch.

I mean, you already have so many red flags there, what more do you want. Especially them using someone elses address in Bloomfield. Bloomfield (North Jersey) and Hamilton (south-Central Jersey) are 50 miles apart. The "732" telephone exchange is a South Jersey exchange so more than likely in the Hamilton area.

Bail out before you lose alot more.

You had to smell a scam here...

#26Consumer Comment

Thu, December 07, 2006

I appreciate your remorse over this situation, but you had to know there was a scam here somewhere. Let's look at the facts.

1- Your suppliers have computers bought at wholesale prices.

2- They have the ability to interact on the internet as they not only recruited you using it, but also held conversations back and forth with you via email.

3- The suppliers have the ability to ship packages as they were supposed to be sending the computers from their location, rather than having you mail them yourself.

All of these things basically boil down to one question... What do they need YOU for? They can use the internet to list their computers, they can accept funds for the computers, and they can mail them. What could they possibly need 'sellers' for?

Either you didn't ask them this question, for fear they'd realize you're right and do it all themselves, cutting you out of the profits OR you DID ask the question. I can only imagine what the response could have been, but there's no way it wasn't somehow 'shady' in some way. Either they couldn't operate a PayPal account and sold you on the idea PayPal is required to appear legit or they were not able to market the computers directly because it would break some kind of rule with the supplier. There's no chance whatever answer they gave you could have possibly have made sense to you, as you sound like a fairly intelligent person.

The truth of the matter here is you either ignored your inner monologue telling you there was something wrong or you flat out decided to make a quick buck on what seemed like a harmless scam on either your part (taking advantage of the suppliers) or on their part (taking advantage of the makers of the computers). Regardless of which, you've fallen victim to your own greed.

YOU listed an item for sale on ebay and the like. YOU accepted money for that item. YOU are required to either deliver the item or refund the buyer's money.

I've read both of your reports twice now and you are not a stupid person. I truly believe you knew there was a scam here and decided to go ahead and try to make your money on it. When these nit-wits started emailing you didn't the broken english and terrible word usage tell you what you were getting yourself into?

The victim here would be the people who, in good faith, bid on the items you listed and were unable to obtain them when they won. In this instance, we're talking about computers, but what if it had been something different? My son desperately wanted a Tickle Me Elmo doll, the 10th anniversary version. I was unable to get one through normal means, and so ended up bidding on one on ebay. Thankfully I did get my son's Elmo, but I have to assume folks like the ones you entered into a business arrangement with did the same scam with all the other 'hot' items of the season- Elmo, PS3, Wii, etc. How do you think my son would have felt if the Elmo his daddy promised him didn't show up because someone was scammed on ebay? Who is the victim there?

I'm sorry you're going to lose money because of this situation, but as I said before you had to know this was a scam from word one. Unfortunately you're going to have to bite the bullet and pay out whatever you're required to, because there is no way these computers either exist, or if they do,that they will ever show up at your clients homes.

I sent the information to Bianca Morgan and this is her response. I will keep updating this as it goes along. I believe in giving someone a chance to prove themselves, and it's possible I may be wrong. Below is her response to my email to her.

thats one of the sellers that was fired who did want to sell , then didnt want to send us our share so he got left holding the ball
Bianca Morgan

The second email is below and definitely something to consider.

we also need time as we told u to process every order , i hate to say it but their are people out there who lie about things because they didnt work with us , expect a tracking number early next week and i hope that u put back on
their that everything is fine because we have good sellers who have been with us for a while and sometimes like christmas season things get slow but we have never tried to ruin anyone .

I trust this will be done. Then we can get back to business as normal.

For you who wrote that report on Kevin Holley, do you have any proof of what you charged him with? Where are all the reports for the four people who didn't get their laptops? And why didn't you file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

After writing that last night, I checked again. One complaint and it isn't even all that clear as to what did or did not transpire.

I will continue to update.
