Matrix US Not possible to return satellite receiver purchased online Internet

I purchased a satellite receiver from Matrix US using their online store.  The receiver was delivered to my door by a person about two weeks later.  I connected to the satellite dish I have and tried to get a reception.  My house has a lot of tall trees around it.  I believe because of that I was not able to get a strong enough reception.

Matrix US has no instructions for returns on their web site.  I sent an email to ask how to return my receiver.  I received no reply.  I called and had to leave a message.  My call was not returned either.

I told my credit card company (Capitol One) that I was refusing the payment for the receiver.  They contacted Matrix US.  Finally the card company concluded that since I did not return the mercandise I had to pay.

Currently I am out of $89 and stuck with a receiver that I cannot use.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MATRIX US if you think you might return it.
