Complaint Review: Mats.com - MacNeil Automotive Products

Recently I bought a set of Side Window Deflectors (front and rear, 4 of them) from mats.com. It cost $89.95 plus $12 shipping, total $101.95. On the web site it claimed "Installation is quick and easy, with no exterior tape needed." But that only applied to the front deflector. The rear deflector have tapes that need to adhere to the inside window channel. Even their demo video did not mention any interior tapes on the rear deflector.

I was disapointed paying a great deal for the low quality product (the edges are rough). So I call the customer service. The representative was very rude and blame me that I didn't read their web site. For me it was just a simple question but received no respect at all.

I wanted to share this with everyone who expect the in-channel not tape vent visor is not true from this company.
