Complaint Review: Matt hagberg

Matt hagberg Blue Cloud Deals I ordered a Sauna Shape and Sauna Pants from this company. I emailed them and asked where my products were and received an email 2 weeks later stating it takes them 3-5 weeks to process the order and ship. They also gave me a tracking number. I purchased my items on July 3rd, 2018 and it is now been almost 7 weeks since my order. Internet

 I ordered 2 items from this company after seeing their add on a Facebook. I was extremely interested in their items and the prices seemed reasonable so I decided to purchase them. I contacted the company after a few weeks of not receiving my purchases in order to find out what was going on. 2 weeks later I received an email back stating that the orders take 3-5 weeks to process. It has been 4 weeks so I decided to wait. They also included a USPS tracking number along with their email for me to track my package. It has now been 7 weeks since my purchase and I have not received anything yet. I have responded again to their customer service email and I have called the number provided numerous times, only to get a voice mail. I've left voicemails but have not received a call back.
