West coast gallaries promise high returns on investments. So called brokers speak with you on the phone and tell you of presidential memorabalia that will be sold at auction.

They send you a packet via federal express and pre pay the shipment for you to send your check in to them. After receiving the check the broker calls you back with promises of higher returns if you double or triple your initial investment.

They then give you an auction date in which you will receive your return. The auction date comes and goes and the brokers who called you every day ignore your calls.

Please don't be next, check with the Better Business Bureau before making any investment decisions. This company is not registered there.
