Complaint Review: Matt Lloyd MOBE

A request was made to MOBE'S support desk on April 27, 2016 for a refund of MLR-Mobes License Rights was requested when the plaintiffs husband was hospitalized

The plaintiff is legally blind, and unable to support herself, and went into this educational program to learn how to make more money other than the disability check her family is unable to live off of.  When her husband was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, she made a special plea for the refund asap, and all attempts have been denied because they refuse to look at the special circumstance

I received the additional information you submitted. According to the terms of the refund you are not eligible for a refund because you haven’t worked the business for a full 12 months.

Once you have consistently implemented the marketing strategies according to the refund policy you may resubmit your request

In order to be eligible for the refund policy you need to have 12 months of consistant proof. I suggest you go review TMA and implement the strategies found in that course.

The plaintiff will undoubtedly lose her home if these funds are not returned to her, because the program she entered has NOT made her any money as it claims.   MOBE refuses any special circumstances, and she has stated numerous times how she does NOT have 12 months because she cannot survive on the disability check she currently makes, and was expecting to make money from the course she thought would change her life

Matt Lloyd needs to live up to his claim of willingness to help his affiliates.  Instead he has turned out to be a dyslexic Robin Hood - "Stealing from the Poor and Giving to the Rich"    Matt Lloyd does NOT care about those who try to succeed with his program, he only cares about those who can afford the much more expensive higher listed programs, and the man is only obsessed with his millions, not those who try to succeed and are struggling - Stear clear of this Affiliate Program
