Complaint Review: Matt Titus LLC

The promised service on agreement was 5 times intensive one-on-one 5-week customized relationship boot camp, at the end of the boot camp, up to 4 dates(not just showing pictures or profiles). But the the owner of this service kept canceling on our boot camp session. When we met(3 times), he just asked me to fill out the same questionnaire twice out of our 3 sessions. he gave me only one relationship boot camp. It's been 7months, he hasn't contacted me at all. He even yelled at on the street. He didn't call me on the day for the session. I guess this is the way he makes money. Get the money upfront and keep canceling but not completely disappearing because otherwise consumer will sue him! You should not pay until he provides you the service, but the question is... I don't think he has such a skill...
