JOB: Installation of 2 external doors (garage & office to garage):
1/1/21 signed the contract / receipt stating I gave him 1/2 the labor costs ($350) to begin work of the installation of my doors - he verbally told me the project would be completed in 2 weeks time. Per text messages he started coming up with more and more excuses and then there were WEEKS in between correspondence.
I finally told him I wanted my money back which he agreed to and said he would show up and never did to pay me back - all other correspondence has been unanswered to this date 3/30/21. I would just like my money back - tired of all the excuses.
