This came to my mentally handicapped room mate and he was so excited he was ready to run out and do it, of course he was to send the money western union, always, always Western Union. Omg! He will never learn, these people prey on the elderly, the naive, the mentally handicapped and these people are not stupid, they are college educated, third world country, and very very hungry. So are we these days , but they care less. They claim to fight the war with the pen now and not weapons but they do with weapons too. Beware!!!!
