Complaint Review: Matthew Davids

On April 5 we contact them from the website findpuppies.com and get info about a puppy named Shaman. They contacted us back and we were wanting to purchase him.

April 8 they contacted us for info to pay for him using money gram in the amount of 650.00. We went and got the money gram to pay for the puppy and sent the money. The email us back on the 9th of April and told us he would be ship out on April 11.

That morning got here my whole family was excited and they asked for more money. They said this was cost for the paper work for the puppy. So we went and got another money gram for 255.00.

April 12 the day the puppy was to be ship out they sent another email asking for 300.00 more for shipping. I call the airline and confirm the amount was right and Also talked with Matthew on the phone all morning long. We went to get the money gram for 300.00 and we sent it. They got there money and told us they would ship Shaman out on April 13 and would be here by noon. I look up the flight info and yes he would of been here by noon if they shipped him.

April 13 we got another email from them asking for 200.00 more. I email them back and told them no and we would like a refund. I was told to start filing my complaints cause this is fraud in what they are doing we don't know in fact if there was a puppy dog but they did send us pictures of them.
