Complaint Review: Matthew Graves @ Web's Best Marketing

I have been asking for my refunds of my purchases for almost 2 months now. Matthew Graves keeps replying to my messages telling me that he will look after that for me, but never has, and I'm still waiting.

I purchased the products on Sept 18th, 2018, then a week later asked for my refund because the Supercharged Solo Ads had been moving over to a new server as well as Your Viral List Site, and there was not much point of paying for something I was unable to use.

Then after asking for my refund the following month, Oct 18th, he takes another payment out of my Bank Account, so now there are a total of 3 refunds I've been chasing him for, and I shouldn't have too.

He originally owns a home in Nova Scotia, Canada, and also has a vacation home in Florida in which he has his business names from. I myself am on C.P.P. Disability unable to ever work again due to Severe C.O.P.D. trying to make ends meet with what little our Canadian Government gives me, but yet Matthew Graves is living the high life, and not a concern for us little guys who are struggling just to survive.
