Complaint Review: Matthew (Matt) Waters

I have a cancelled check with the description of work to be done. I wrote the check so he could leave my home, go directly to Home Depot to get supplies and return first thing the next morning. My cancelled check was for a doggie door installation, bathroom shower floor and full glass door. I have texts and emails to Matthew and Dakota (spouse and owner) along with phone records to Matthew requesting my contract with no response. I also received no response for my refund for the work never done. I have a contract for a deck that the screws are coming up from the wood, mobile home skirting that is coming down and a fence that was never completed. I requested my copy of their insurance that has yet to be provided. I checked with the Dept of Business and Professional Regulations after no cooperation where every company and/or person is required to carry a business license is listed. Neither the owner or business are registered. They try to use Sunbiz as proof of a license. It's insufficient for construction
