Complaint Review: Matthew Neer

Matthew Neer promoted his product as Fan Page millionaire at the cost of $29 or 39$. He took the payment off my bank debit card but did not deliver what he said was a working formula to make money on the Internet. He uses Clickbank to promote and take payments for him and he withdraws the money from the Bank Transactions he does. 

I did not get full access to the membership area as promised and the training on how to work fan page. I wrote and told him a number of times that I needed help and I never got an answer. I wrote him at his gmail and clickbank accounts also. I still didn't get an answer. He simply ripped me off.

Time has passed so I took it as a loss but I simply would like a refund. I had noone else to tell so I found your site to vent my diappointment of Matthew Neer. He parties in Las Vegas Nevada and lives in nearby California. I was looking for something that works online and what I found was false advertising and bad business.

I admit he is a good liar with no morals or decency because "HE IS A THEIF". He had the chance to make it right but he took the money and ran instead. I pray that God gives him what he truly deserve for ripping people off. May the punishment fit the crime. but If he ever decides to deliver the product I would appreciate it very much.
