What are the Terms of the Sale??

#2Consumer Suggestion

First of all, you need a valid prescription to legaly purchase these drugs... You would have been better off to find a 'Street Vender' who sells other peoples pills and paid them a considerable amount of cash for just a few pills, if you are desperate for these prescriptions.

This is the real clue:
If you must pay by cash or Wire Transfer such as Western Union, there is no way to track the money and scammers can rip you off without any recourse.

Buy Ed's book from this website www.ripoffrevenge.com, its definetly worth $21.95 to know the truth about Bad Business and the steps you can take to fight corruption in this country.

Try a more reputable auction site. I have an account on Ioffer and there is a lot stuff sold that is not legitimate. I purchased a TV series on DVD and it was downloaded from the internet and burned to DVD. IOffer did nothing about my purchase regarding the copyright infringement.

Look for the clues:
*Do they have a return policy?
*Is it a legal sale?
*Does the selling party demand cash or wire transfer as the only form of payment?
*Read the selling parties feedback and search forums like this one for information pertaining to fraud.

Credit cards have fraud protection, debit cards do not. Never use your debit card at a POS machine or to pay for online purchases.

During the hollidays, some major retailers are victomised by scammers who compromise credit card numbers and steal your money right from the bank. This is why you should never use your (Check Card) debit card for retail sales.

Read the auction site policies, these rules are written to protect consumers from fraud. I am a PowerSeller on eBay and their policies are changing to protect both the buyer and the seller from fraud (Drugs are not allowed for Sale).

Be informed, READ before you buy!
