SunNanoSys.com a real solar company or Buyer Beware ? I had recently answered an ad on craigst list under Sales / biz dev for Sacramento area and using keyword search SOLAR I came across this ad Aug 6 - Solar Panel Sales Agents and Managers - (stockton) which I responded to and soon after was sent an email with link to sign up as a distributor which took only a minute to fill out basic info. Upon doing so I was assigned a solar store with a few products such as solar chargers for laptops, ipods, iphones and a solar water heater etc all with the claim of being nano enhanced. I participated in a couple conference calls SunNano has every Tues & Thurs at 2 pm and I asked Matthew Sarod (his alias) real last name Sarad as I came to find out later, ( see links to articles below ) why it was he did not have manufacturers apply nanoparticles to panels during manufacturing process and wouldn't applying anything after manufacturing void warranty? His answer was he had permission by manufacturers so not to void warranty yet did not want them applying nanoparticles from fear his process would be ripped off. I later contacted one of his suppliers Canadian Solar and was informed there is no such agreement. He went on to say solar panels are treated at install site which in training file is said to be done 2 - 3 weeks after panels are installed and on top of all this the claimed extra efficiency of panels could not be added to panels rating / rebate. On conference Mathew stated nano particles were done 2-3 weeks later so not to jepordize the rebates.
Also the R&D claimed by SunNano per sunnanosys.com site which has no biography of anyone within the company, particularly anyone leading any R&D department, appears to be only an article by a professor at University of Illinois on nanoparticles increasing efficiency of conventional solar panels which Matthew Sarod / Sarad or R&D department if there is one, had absolutely nothing to do with as neither M.Sarod / Sarad or SunNano Systems is mentioned in article. When I asked on conference call where exactly SunNano R&D facility was and where all the nano enhanced products were processed the question was answered with Sacramento and one in LA but when I pressed the question and asked if by Sacramento he meant the Rancho Cordova address on Trade Center Dr I was told yes. This address was former location of Telomolecular a company currently not in business which Matthew Sarad was CEO of but was ousted from after defrauding $6.5 mil from investors by using false information ( see articles below) These and other claims on sunnanosys.com site such as "Our chief technology focus is the development of solar nanoparticle technologies. Our research and development shows that a film coating of solar nanoparticles can increase the efficiency of standard PV solar panels by 60% ( 40% / 50% is used elsewhere on site ). We believe this focus will lead to some of the most efficient and inexpensive solar panels on the market." and "Cutting edge solar technologies. Thin and durable nano-enhanced solar panels cost half as much to build but produce twice as much energy." ( The conventional panels not thin film are the panels being nano enhanced which are ordered from manufacturers such as Canadian Solar / Suntech according to Product Specification Doc so claim of costing half of much to build but produce twice as much electricity can not be accurate as paying for nanoparticles and paying someone to go out 2-3 weeks later to apply them would increase the cost and output of electricity in not twice as much (100%) but 40 to 60%.
These claims led me to do a domain search http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/sunnanosys.com which led me to find Matthew Sarod and Matthew Sarad are same person as link above has ( to date as of 9/10/09 ) contact info for M Sarod using csrv@504bank.com as email address and when a search for 504bank.com revealed a contact for Ben Keszler with same 10933 Trade Center Dr Rancho Cordova address as telomolecular and a disconnected Ph # as is # for telomolecular.com which is listed contact email for 504bank it eventually led me to coming in contact with remaining board members of telomolecular who confirmed Sarod is actually spelled Sarad and we determined the same person and they were very interested in name change as according to the board member I have been in contact with the $6.5 mil defrauded from telomolecular investors was never actually recovered. This same board member supplied me with info about story found in article written back on 9/26/08 all about the scam pulled off by M Sarad and his accomplice Jeremy Jobe. http://www.sacbee.com/business/story/1267214.html for complete SEC file see link below. http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2008/comp20745.pdf
Also found in my search was the 800# used by sunnanosys.com is same 800# used by mallorcainc.com a website registered to a Matthew Grant info@sunnanosys.com using same address and Ph# as sunnanosys registrant Matthew Sarod 8037 Orange ave Fair Oaks Ca. Phone: 916-223-4061 Mallorca site was recently taken down possibly because I asked about it on a conference call however I have all pages and claims made on that site saved as well as all the domain searches in case they are changed or deleted. On Mallorcainc site claims were as stated below "Mallorca is building resorts where consumers can learn about and try the latest anti-aging breakthroughs. Each resort will boast a world class health spa, classes and conferences where we discuss and test breakthrough products, and unique restaurants and bars themed on hi-tech aging and beauty. This is a wonderful present for a husband or a wife that wants to do something new and unique. We really focus on delivering a fun experience by filling your days full of activities and events. The Costa Del Sol Our first vacation resort is opening soon. Were developing a gorgeous hotel facility in a legendary Villago Blanco (white village) just 25 minutes from Malaga's main beach. The hills and white villages of the Costa Del Sol have become the fashionable place for celebrities to stay and its a short ride to the beach. There are golf courses everywhere. Malaga was recently named the cultural capital of Europe and for those that have never been to the Costa Del Sol its very "cool". Book now as rooms go fast" and Coming Soon "We plan to soon announce vacation resorts in Las Vegas, Rio De Jineiro, Cancun and Vienna. Many of the goods and products sold in our resorts cannot be purchased in the United States and are the most state of the art in rejuvenation products. Look and feel better with your stay." Curiously the products mentioned could not be purchased as only 3 had ADD to CART links none of which actually were functioning and all the other products were coming soon ! "Mallorca's regenerative medicine and anti-aging products are developed by our scientists and other top technology companies. A significant percentage of the income we generate selling beauty and health products goes back into discovering novel treatments for diseases of aging and cancer."
My posting of this blog is to inform anyone who may do a search on sunnanosys / Matthew Sarod will consider all info above before they become a distributor for a person who has defrauded others in the past and is currently making some very tall claims to put it mildly. I have followed the solar industry for a long time and no other solar company in business is doing things the way Matthew Sarod / Sunnano systems claims....the majority of solar companies are struggling to break even right now and have negative balance sheets and if adding nanoparticles to panels could be tested and approved surely many established solar companies would be in process of doing it so output can be added to panel rating / rebate as the University of Illinois Nano article is public knowledge published over 2 years ago and found on internet by anyone http://news.illinois.edu/news/07/0820solarcells.html and states "The process of coating solar cells with silicon nanoparticles could be easily incorporated into the manufacturing process with little additional cost, Nayfeh said."
Its hard to believe a company such as SunNano can offer cheaper panels installed with a more expensive material/ S&H / installation/processing system via applying nano particles to panels / products after manufacturing process that supposedly have higher efficiency yet has not been verified by UL laboratories or any other agency so extra efficiency can be applied to panels rating / rebate because R&D department seemingly didn't test and seek UL seal of approval after nanoparticles are applied.
Any legitimate company with a process that could increase efficiency up to 60% one would think would patent process then have panels with nanoparticles applied, tested & approved by the certified agencies like UL Laboratories so extra efficiency can be applied to panel rating and rebates rather than start up an MLM company and do everything after manufacturing process at higher cost per panel. At very least they could enter into a manufacturing agreement with current suppliers with anti-infringement agreements in place assuming SunNano has applied for patent of their nano application process.
SunNano also claims to warrant their panels for 25 years but no testing as to how long the nano particles last on panels has been proved. According to SunNano cost comparison file they also claim although thin cell panels are cost competitive only last 10 years however nanosolar.com who has spent millions in verifiable R&D has rigorously tested their thin film panels under accelerated lifetime testing and offer a 25 year warranty compatible with their testing results. http://nanosolar.com/Designedtolast.htm
The whole business plan is far fetched and going to put any company in the red over time...paying someone to go back 2-3 weeks later to apply nano to installed panels and the logistics and extra cost of having to pay someone to take other "nano enhanced" products apart applying nanoparticles and put back together again then shipped a 2nd time would get ridiculously costly and time consuming if ever any sizeable volume of sales were reached over entire U.S. not to mention Europe and Asia which SunNano plans to be targeting as well. Also mentioned on SunNanosys.com is a lease program for both business & residential installations which would be offered at no cost to customer and they would pay only 75% of what they pay now per kilo-watt effectively making SunNano Systems their electric provider for duration of lease however when I emailed Matthew Sarod in reference to this his response was the lease program for residential might be hard to do right now but would look into it and get back to me which he has yet to do. In fact Matthew Sarod has not once returned any of my calls and when I decided to reach him at the # listed on his domain registration instead of 800# he made an excuse his daughter was making to much noise and asked if he could call me back which he has yet to do either over a week now.
I will let the readers come to their own conclusions as I have as it is very clear many of the claims are bogus coming from someone with 3 different names and although its possible to have a business model as SunNano Systems claims it would not be a profitable one. Right now there are many distributors who have no idea who they are actually working for as this scammer of telomolecular investors spells his name Sarod in his emails and domain registration but really is Matthew Sarad. He does so likely because if someone did a search on Matthew Sarad they would come across articles above and not many would likely do business with him unless they perhaps were in on telomolecular scam. This blog will hopefully expose this new venture for what it is !

The Signs Were There, But I Was Blinded By The Potential

#7UPDATE Employee

Fri, December 18, 2009

First off my hat goes off to Dennis who tried to tell me back in August when he was finding out all this information and I chose to ignore it. Matthew seemed to be up-front about his past with the SEC and though he may not have been totally up-front it was good enough for me as I am good natured and know people do make mistakes and usually learn from them. Early on the signs were there but because of the scope of the posibilities here I was blinded and did not want to hear the negitive. I was focused on bringing enhanced solar PV systems into the lime light and promote them and make a good living doing what I thought was right. I brought many sales agents into the company, Dennis being one of them.

Several of us had some really big deals on the table and it seemed when it got down to the final part of the closing stages Matthew was unreachable and we lost deals. Along with the inconsistancy of his management skills his relunctance to share more information on his so called Nano technology seemed skiddish to say the least. All most of us were asking is how and when it is applied. Anyways as time went on I lost some real good sales people due to Matthews lack of leadership and follow-up. I know the company lost people as well.

I had two deals already signed and in progress and the complications for two simple residential installs was way to much even for a so called start-up company that he says has been in business for 3 years already. His list of previous installations were not even his it was a list that Sun Edison did. Matthew has a way of using other people with out permission to make him self look better.  I worked very hard trying to help Matthew and the company. First of all there is no OFFICE it is an ansewring service who did not have any answers to any questions and they alway played it off as if it were an office by saying " let me see if he is in" or "he is on a conference call right now". But even so when we  or I left a message I would not get a response for a couple of days if any.  Not a way to run a business. Well about the two installs one still is unfinished and the other the customer finished him self and me, well I lost out on my commissions and most importantly my reputation was and is at stake. I am doing everyting possible now to make sure the last one gets installed with out the help from Sun Nano which is now supposedly out of business.

On December 15, 2009 I resigned my position with Sun Nano and anything to do with Sun Nano except for to finish what I started to save face. Some of us now are wondering if Matthews claims of such an enhancement was even real and if he even had a way to produce the nanoparticles. If he has no warehouse or place of business then where is he producing this? if he even is or had or was. In my opionion I feel Matthew saw an opportunity to make a quick dollar but found out it was not an easy task and bailed out on us. Or he was getting him self into more trouble and took the low road out.

Anyone in the future planning on doing business with Matthew Sarad beter take warning...he is not all he claims to be.

First off. You are NOT an expert of any notoriety in the field of nanotechnology. You have no degree in any form of science; and as I was told by reliable sources you have no degree at all. You are a fraud and a scam of the worst kind. I have spoken with former scientists at Telo and they have told me how you exaggerated the claims of the technology. I have spoken with others and was told how you over paid for the technology you acquired from the universities. To calling yourself a pioneer in this industry is a joke at best. Nothing you have ever done has amounted to anything but heartache and loss. Lets not forget 504 Fund or Hologaming. Both of which you started and lead, and both flopped because of your mismanagement.

While Telo was at it's weakest point you continued to pay yourself an exorbitant salary, and continued to charge all of your meals to the company that was suffering. I recall one shareholder telling me how he drove past the office in Rancho Cordova, and saw a company detailing all of the fancy cars out front.(2 Ferraris, 2 Mercedes, a Mazarati, and a BMW) He even saw them detailing a boat purchased by one of your lackeys.

I could go on for hours, and I would be happy to if I see any more of your pathetic replies to this thread. Go crawl under the rock from whence you were born and rot Sarad.  Or even better, go and do something that is more suited to your talents...Nigerian money scams.

My prayers and pity go out to your family. If only they knew how much of a slime ball you really are.

Matthew Sarod/Sarad Matthew Sarod or Matthew Sarad I am not his accomplice. I was screwed just as much if not more than my investors.

My name is Jeremy Jobe I was the Vice President of Investor Relations for Telomolecular. I am writing this in response to Dennis' rip off report on Matthew Sarad/ Sarod. It should be known that Matthew duped me along with all of the investors of Telo. I was not his accomplice and I did not ever knowingly assist him in his scams.

If you read carefully in the documents provided by the SEC you will see:

"The SEC also charged Telomolecular's former Director of Investor Relations, Jeremy D. Jobe of Dallas for his role in the stock sales. The SEC's complaint, filed in federal district court in Sacramento, further alleges that Jobe improperly sold approximately $2.5 million in Telomolecular stock to investors without being registered as a broker." http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2008/lr20745.htm

I was charged with not being a registered broker, a responsibility that was placed on the shoulders of Sarad/Sarod. He did not comply with SEC rules and lied to me about his actions on this matter.

I was a scapegoat for Sarad/Sarod. He set me up to take all of the SEC heat for this debacle. Here are the facts as I know them.

1. I was never apart of any core decisions made within the company; and I never had access to financial decisions or records.

2. I worked soley from my Dallas home, and rarely ever set foot in the CA offices/lab.

3. Sarad assured me that legal council was sought and assured me that proper measures were taken to protect my license and standing with the company and regulatory officials.

4. I was instrumental in the dethroning of Sarad/ Sarod; and I still have a good rapport with certain shareholders.

5. Matthew was fined $100 thousand dollars for a mountain of infractions. He was also given a 5 year bar from serving as an officer of any public company. I considered this punishment to be a joke compared to the allegations he was presented with. Why the SEC gave him such a smack on the wrist is beyond my comprehension.

6. I was fined more than $266,000 and my license was revoked. All for not filing the right paperwork with the SEC. Had that been done the SEC would have had nothing to charge me with, as I was never responsible for manufacturing lies and misrepresenting the company, unlike Sarad/Sarod.

7. I was one of a handfull of people that sold stock and while the others (David Dollar, Brian Allred, etc.) were just as guilty, if not moreso, I was the only one to be dealt with so harshly. The reason for this: I was a licensed broker and they were not.

I am thinking many of you see this as just deserves because of my license; but keep in mind that I only held a series 7 which is a general securities license. This is not comparable to the series 24 which is a supervisory license. It should also be known that I was the youngest man on the team, and had the utmost confidence in the technology and the people that I worked with.Had I ever known that they were the terrible people they turned out to be, I would have blown a whistle long before the SEC got a hold of Matt.

(Keep in mind that, despite the title given to me, I was treated as an employee like all of the other goons that sold the stock with me.)

Matthew is the most destructive man I have ever met; and I look forward to the day when I can see his prison sentence given. It will be a pittance compared to the crimes he committed, but at least he will not be able to hurt anyone else again.

Note to Sarad/Sarod: if you think for one second that you can intimidate me with threats of a law suit, I have three words for you...Go For It.

Dennis. You are just harrassing me over heresay. I believe that I have the right to try and rehabilitate my public image and reputation without being slandered over past events that are already public. I have been running nanotechnology labs and am a visionary in this field. I was "accused" of violating securities laws, a topic I address on my own webpage and in many press releases, but the accusations were incredibly picky and not related to the company's products or technologies. The matter did not go to court and I was never afforded the right to a jury trial. Executives sometimes make mistakes in their career.

I believe in what I am doing and I will continue to stay involved in nanotechnologies. I am certain I can make a positive contribution to the field. You have made your point, now let's let the market determine who is correct. If these goods and services do not work then people will complain about them.

In response to Mr Sarad sun nano systems rebuttal

#7

Sun, September 13, 2009

Mr Sarad ... I take it your email with $500 payoff offer to remove original post has expired, not that it matters . Curious how you found out about this ripoff post so quickly. Care to let us in on how you came across it just out of curiousity sake ? I made original post so anyone doing a search on Sunnanosys.com / Matthew Sarod would at least know who they are dealing with and the claims about the products should they consider becoming a distributor which is only fair don't you agree ?
You state "This post is pure slander and this individual is a disgruntled former employee who is now being sued. He never bought our goods or services and was never ripped off by our company. Our Better Business Bureau record is spotless and his facts are all wrong. " Its would only be slander if false and this counter rebuttal will show readers that you have many facts misstated in your rebuttal and all the links etc that you post are a mere misdirection as to what actually transpired as far as your fraudulent claims while you were CEO of Telomolecular and you are the one with wrong facts. I stand behind all I posted in orginal story and in this rebuttal.
For starters, below is 1st email you sent me threatening a lawsuit if I didnt remove original post and making claims such as "First the government slanders me" and (3) Therapeutics I developed are in use at major hospitals
Dear Dennis,
Please be forewarned that I am currently filing a lawsuit against you for your comments on Ripoff report which are slanderous and libelous. Either have it removed or deal with the lawsuit. I am completely serious about this. Just because I got into some trouble once in my career does not mean you have the right to ruin my life and say things that are not true. First the government slanders me now you join in without seriously checking your facts. If you really researched hard into my background you would realize that:
(1) I have been a leader in regenerative medicine and cancer for a decade (2) I employed scientists from top research universities and worked with major universities (3) Therapeutics I developed are in use at major hospitals
There was nothing false about my work at Telomolecular. I was not convicted of any wrong-doing and the SEC twisted facts and exaggerated. I am an expert in nanotechnology and I have been working with nanoparticles for a very longme. If you acuse me of making bogus claims about nanotechnology you better be prepared to prove this in court because I will spend every dollar I have suing you. I will bring scientists and mountains of data. You better really research my background before you make these claims about me on the internet because it could be an extremely expensive mistake for you to make. Just be prepared because I am going to sue. You'll see. http://www.secinfo.com/d199pj.uc.a.htm
Sincerely, Matthew Sarad
Yet in your rebuttal you state "My former company was no scam and it has in fact some therapeutics that are being studied at major hospitals including the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. http://my.clevelandclinic.org/media_relations/library/2007/854.aspx Which is it ? as "being used in major hospitals" would imply an FDA approval after phase 3 trials and being studied would imply pre Phase 1 testing to determine if millions of $'s would be risked in order to have drug go thru 3 phases of trials then hopefully approved so it could be sold and used in hospitals. You go on to state in your rebuttal "but the facts are that I have been working with big entities on revolutionary technologies that have been peer reviewed, patented, and some of the drugs that I invented are being used to treat important disease states such as stroke, heart disease and cancer. This is all public record. Just because my ideas are very advanced does not mean they are false or far fetched. Again being used to treat and pretrial studies are far from same thing and all the links you provided are all having to do with pretrial studies.
In fact according to telomolecular.com site there is no claim of any drug yet to enter Phase 1 trial but they hope Nano SOD will sometime this year. "In early stage studies conducted at the Cleveland Clinic in 2008, Telomolecular's lead product candidate, nano SOD, demonstrated efficacy in reducing the effects of stroke and reperfusion injury. The company is hoping to begin Phase 1 clinical trials in 2009. Stroke is the 3rd leading cause of death in the United States and a cause of serious, long term disability." Please let us all know which one of the "drugs you invented" have been FDA approved and are being used to treat conditions you mentioned or even entered Phase 1 trials as I see no public record proving such from the links you provided.
As for employing scientist according to SEC report you made claims to Telomolecular investors that you employed 50 scientist yet in reality according to http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2008/comp20745.pdf and http://www.sacbee.com/business/story/1267214.html "In a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, 3-year-old Telomolecular Corp. and two of its former officers were accused of telling investors the company had a staff of 50 scientists and was "on the verge" of major scientific breakthroughs. In fact, the company employed just five scientists and its business consisted mainly of selling cosmetic skin cream over the Internet" If anyone clicks link for SEC file above they would find you outright lied on several issues about interest in technological advances from Wall Street and investment capital available to be invested for the venture.
The claims against you were a far cry from your watered down version "While I did get into trouble with the SEC while running a public company, the allegations did not involve the corporations technologies which are today being studied by credible third parties. The allegations were that we failed to disclose the activity levels of several officers, our IPO progress, and two financial transactions. I was fined $100,000 and the matter was resolved out of court for a small fine. There was never a trial and it was very controversial. "
It seems it had something to do with the corporations technologies as you claimed you planned to use it "to eradicate and cure the problem of cancer within 2.5 years," which is quite a claim being none of the nano based therapeutics telomolecular was working on had yet gone into phase 1 trials at that time and likely process was delayed due to your and Mr Jobe bilking investors.
You also made a statement " I hope that potential clients can overlook one problem I had earlier in my career given the value of the technologies I am working on and the uphill battle I have fighting with folks like Mr. Fox who assume that regenerative technologies are as he says, "far fetched".
I did not say Telomolecular technology was "farfetched" I only presented facts you were found by SEC to have defrauded investors making false claims about many issues to them about telomolecular / drugs / financial prospects. I said Sun Nano Systems business plan was farfetched and as for your other ramblings "This persons facts are wrong and I intend to sue him. He suggests I am using multiple names which is untrue. Mr. Keszler and Mr. Grant were my web developers who registered websites on my behalf, not aliases used by me. Mr. Keszler is for example listed in our prospectus that is on file with the SEC. "
I never said you used Mr Keszler as an alias only that he was contact name for 504 bank.com As for Matthew Grant that name was used with your address, telephone # and email info@sunnanosys.com for registering mallorcainc.com which site you pulled shortly after I mentioned I found same #800 for it was being used for sun nano systems. Does Matthew Grant live at same address ? So the total names I was refering to was 3 clearly stated in original post not 4 1) Sarod which you were using on SunNanoSys.com registration and name you did use in emails to Sun Nano Distributors 2) Sarad your real last name per the SEC file and SacBee article exposing your fraud and 3) Grant last name used for Mallorcainc.com
Perhaps you would like to share with readers how the Hotel Resort in Spain is coming along and how you are paying for it all along with the 4 others soon to come ? Being the bimeme skin care product only brought in about $100K up till it was pulled off market since you brought Telomolecular to a disparingly compromised position. Im sure readers and investors involved with Mallorcainc would be very interested in an update for the 1st hotel / resort progress since you posted last one below on Mallorcainc site you had pulled.
"Our first vacation resort is opening soon. Book now as rooms go fast. Coming Soon We plan to soon announce vacation resorts in Las Vegas, Rio De Jineiro, Cancun and Vienna."
Regarding other statements in you rebuttal I never said I bought anything from Sun Nano Systems or was ripped off by Sun Nano only that Sun Nano Systems is making bogus claims some of which I pointed out in 1st posting. There are others which I have not mentioned but have documented and will present in court should you actually go thru with this threatened lawsuit which is likely a bluff as if you really believed the govenment slandered you why would you not sue them as well and waste $ on a lawyer when it would be better spent on actually having nano particle application and efficiency tested and approved and actually standing behind your claim of installing panels for free on residential customers houses which you have yet to do per conference call a few weeks back as well as never getting back to me when I was a sun nano distributor inquiring on that lease program for my sister. Stating in email you sent "It's hard right now to get a lease option on residential, but we can try. The lease can be bought out for $1 at the end of its term. It costs more to lease than to buy to be honest. I will get back to you on the availability of that option at the moment."
Not only did you not get back to me on that, on last conference call I was on you steered distributors to ease away from offering that lease option so capital could be better spent on other business expenses. This lease option offered appears to be a bait and switch tactic yet in your rebuttal you state "We are extremely committed to our customers and in addition to product purchases we have lease programs. Our company pays all of the costs of going solar and the customer only pays for the power they receive which means in this case they have no risk. " Perhaps you would like to tell us all how many residential customers you have installed at no cost to date ? How many commercial customers while your at it ? You have yet to post a completed project page on sunnanosys.com which you claimed would be done soon about a month ago.
Furthermore you state" This individual makes all sorts of false and unsupported accusations about my company and its technologies with no proof." Where is your proof that your nano application done 2-3 weeks after installation makes any difference in panel efficiency or how long nano application will last as all you have on website regarding R&D is article from Illinois University saying it does and would be inexpensive to apply during manufacturing process none of which I dispute but is a far cry from proving Sun nano systems application is as efficient or lasts 25 years to match warranty. That said applying after manufacturing process would increase cost greatly over time if any volume were reached not only for installed panels but all other "nano enhanced" products in your web store you claim to process after manufactured. Anyone with any logic would conclude applying nano particles during manufacturing would be most cost effective solution and eliminate wasted time and $ paying people to disasemble / apply nano particles / reassemble and shipping products twice or paying someone to have nano particles applied to installed panels 2-3 weeks after so not to jepordize rebates.
I never said the nano particles were expensive as you imply below....."He did not buy our goods or services and has no business speculating about how any of our products might work. His grasp of the costs and mechanics of our products is completely inaccurate. He has no idea for example how much silicon nanoparticles cost to produce yet he suggests the process would be expensive. The coating is only 1 nanometer thick which is a minimal amount of silicon and it is an inexpensive process. " interesting how you address something I didnt even make reference to yet do not directly dispute the points I actually addressed.
Also perhaps you would like to explain your statement on a previous conference call which you said you have permission from panel manufacturers to apply nano particles so not to void their warranty, yet my source at Canadian Solar one of your suppliers, in an email response clearly stated there is no such agreement with Sun Nano Systems and said I can quote that.
I am sure readers will be looking forward to your answers to these questions and inconsistencies and the proclaimed lawsuit you are planning against me. I would imagine the SacBee writer of previous article about your fraudualent dealings may want to do a follow up article as well.

Total Slander

#7

Sat, September 12, 2009

This post is pure slander and this individual is a disgruntled former employee who is now being sued. He never bought our goods or services and was never ripped off by our company. Our Better Business Bureau record is spotless and his facts are all wrong. I have been a pioneer in nanoparticle development for almost a decade. Ive licensed assets from Stanford, University of Nebraska Medical Center, Northeastern and other universities. I have been working with nanoparticles for more than a decade and I have tremendous documented hands on working experience. My former company was no scam and it in fact has developed some therapeutics that are being studied at major hospitals including the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. http://my.clevelandclinic.org/media_relations/library/2007/854.aspx
While I did get into trouble with the SEC while running a public company, the allegations did not involve the corporations technologies which are today being studied by credible third parties. The allegations were that we failed to disclose the activity levels of several officers, our IPO progress, and two financial transactions. I was fined $100,000 and the matter was resolved out of court for a small fine. There was never a trial and it was very controversial. We were not accused of misusing of money and this person has tried to make it seem like something it was not. If you run a public company long enough you will get in trouble for something. I have moved on since then and I am still a respected leader in my field. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15981924
Given that I am openly trying to solve problems of aging and cancer I am sometimes the target of slander by narrow minded people who feel that this goal must be imaginary, and who would never themselves dare to take a big risk, but the facts are that I have been working with big entities on revolutionary technologies that have been peer reviewed, patented, and some of the drugs that I invented are being used to treat important disease states such as stroke, heart disease and cancer. This is all public record. Just because my ideas are very advanced does not mean they are false or far fetched.
Now I am having to combat slander on the web and its incredibly destructive to my reputation and my efforts to solve diseases and commercialize nanoparticle technologies. This persons facts are wrong and I intend to sue him. He suggests I am using multiple names which is untrue. Mr. Keszler and Mr. Grant were my web developers who registered websites on my behalf, not aliases used by me. Mr. Keszler is for example listed in our prospectus that is on file with the SEC. My partners and employees are all perfectly aware of who I am and I did not want to interact with Mr. Fox or return his phone calls because he is a nuisance and an irritant and "strange". This individual makes all sorts of false and unsupported accusations about my company and its technologies with no proof. He did not buy our goods or services and has no business speculating about how any of our products might work. His grasp of the costs and mechanics of our products is completely inaccurate. He has no idea for example how much silicon nanoparticles cost to produce yet he suggests the process would be expensive. The coating is only 1 nanometer thick which is a minimal amount of silicon and it is an inexpensive process.
I hope that none of our customers will take this seriously and will appreciate that while I had a run in with the SEC I am working on developing important technologies that will benefit the world. We are extremely committed to our customers and in addition to product purchases we have lease programs. Our company pays all of the costs of going solar and the customer only pays for the power they receive which means in this case they have no risk. It is not my role as Chairman to chat with Mr. Dennis Fox and his continuous efforts to reach me and have time consuming conversations is a waste of business resources and time. We have regional managers who are paid to perform this function. Given our perfect record with BBB, Squaretrade, etc I feel that his complaint is unjustified and just meant to slander me.
I hope that potential clients can overlook one problem I had earlier in my career given the value of the technologies I am working on and the uphill battle I have fighting with folks like Mr. Fox who assume that regenerative technologies are as he says, "far fetched".
Some of the technologies my former corporation Telomolecular invented or licensed while I was CEO:
Telomerase delivery via biodegradable nanoparticle http://www.faqs.org/patents/app/20090142408
Cleveland Clinic agrees to study our regenerative medicine in animals http://my.clevelandclinic.org/media_relations/library/2007/854.aspx
Targeting Mitochondria http://www.technologyreview.com/biomedicine/21388/
Nano-SOD in the treatment of post stroke injury http://www.fasebj.org/cgi/content/abstract/23/5/1384
Nano-SOD in organ preservation http://www.springerlink.com/content/v710p8769r2n2415/
DNA Nanocircles http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?LANGUAGE=ENG&KEY=03/057849&ELEMENT_SET=F
P53 loaded nanoparticles in the treatment of cancer http://www.nagpurpulse.com/nanotechnology-can-fight-cancer-expert
This is just a few. Telomolecular was an important company, it was not fined by the SEC, and it continues to operate in a scaled back capacity. While the SEC raised concerns about the technical compliance with securities laws they did not allege that the company was not real. They just bullied us on immaterial matters. We are a highly responsible and serious company committed to providing world-class service. It is our only interest that our customers are served promptly and effectively.
