Like everyone else i was ripped off by Matthew too but I received my money back from my credit card company. After weeks of not hearing from Just leathers i finally received a phone call from a passionate Matthew saying mycredit card company backcharged the entire amount of 183.88 to my card.

I ordered 2 coats i received 1. MY card credited me for 1. Mr Sherman insisted i was a liar so i had a rep and myself call Matthew he still called us a liar. Matthew had the info of 2 credit cards of mine the first of which i used originally with him but it didn't go through. The second worked and its the one i got justice with as far as reimbursement.

Matthew opened a pay pal account on ebay with my name and original card information to purchase 1 of his coats in my name for 91.94 the amonut he claimed i ripped him off for.The beauty of it is i got rid of that card the same day so he was the last merchant with that card with that particular number. I still have to paperchase the p***k tho.

You've got him by the b... you have the right to press charges against Matthew for identity theft and credit card fraud.

David,

If everything you say is true (and I hope it is), then you have the right to press charges against Matthew for identity theft and credit card fraud. I would immediately call the police and FBI in NJ and file a report.

I certainly hope you can prove it was Matthew that did it. From the reports I've read on here, it sure seems he'd deserve the punishment he would receive.
