On June 28th, 2004, I located on the Michigan Talent Bank a potential job. It stated in the site the salary was $25,000 a year with full health benefits, salary, commission, monthly bonus and profit sharing.

The job title was entered as Store Manager. I was hired on August 3rd, 2004. On August 4th, 2004, I was told that two other people were competing against me for this position. Approximately three days later I was told that I had the store manager position but I was to lie to the other two employees about recieving this title. I was told they had big plans for me, promising that I would be in their franchise someday and etc. After discussing my dismay about desceiving the other two employees, they terminated one and kept the other as my employee. He was placed in the company at $6.00 an hour.

I worked 90 hours a week. I received my first check, $226.00. My second check was for $126.00. When I questioned the amount of the second check, I was told if I didn't like it I could quit. Then, they begged me to take my job back when they found out I had proof of my commissions. I didn't take the job back. Consequently, I am still waiting to be paid by this company. They owe me an approximate total of $1200 in commissions and I have received $715.00. They changed all the rules as they went along. Anything over base price, I was suppose to recieve half of that amount. They changed it later. Everything they did and said was based on lies.
