MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A 900.00 MATTRESS AND AFTER SLEEPING ON IT FOR A WEEK ONE SIDE OF THE MATTRESS STARTED TO BULGE OUT.WE CALLED THE STORE TO REPORT THE DAMAGE THEY THEN HAD AN INSPECTOR COME OUT TO DO A REPORT.THE INSPECTOR APPROVED FOR US TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT MATTRESS.WE THEN RECEIVED A LETTER ABOUT 2 WEEKS LATER FOR US TO TAKE TO THE STORE WE PURCHASED THE MATTRESS FROM ,BUT WE ALSO ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE STORE 80.00 TO DELIVER A NEW MATTRESS.WE CALLED THE STORE TO INQUIRE WHY WE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE.THE MANAGER STARTED TO GET IRRATE ABOUT THE ISSUE STATING IT IS NOT THERE FAULT ARE MATTRESS WENT DEFECTED AFTER A WEEK AND HAVE TO PAY A DELIVERY FEE IF WE DIDNT WE WOULD NOT GET ANOTHER MATTRESS.WE ASKED IF WE COULD BRING BACK THE OLD ONE AND PICK OUR NEW ONE  UP .HE THEN STARTED TO GET MORE IRRATE ABOUT IT AND SAID WE COULD NOT DO THAT WE HAD TO PAY THEM TO DO IT.WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE !TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A MATTRESS COMPANY THAT HONORS WHAT THEY SAY AND SELL YOU A MATTRESS THAT LASTS A LONG TIME!
