Mattress experts Abusive, Arrogant, and Not Trustworthy Boynton Beach Florida
This is a company that does NOT stand by it's product. They advertise that they do, but the truth is they do not believe in the product they sell. I purchased a mattress which felt soft at the store, and after trying to sleep on it at home, it was as hard as rocks. I attempted to exchange it and what I got was abuse, belligerancy, rudeness and eventually I was asked to leave the store. The manager Tim Maxwell would not allow me to talk with his owner or person in charge. I was not requesting money back, I was wanting a different mattress.
There are too many other mattress stores and I definitely would NEVER recommend anyone to this one.
