Complaint Review: MATTRESS FIRM

MATTRESS FIRM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/LIARS I PURCHASED A MATTRESS AND DELIVERY WAS A CHEAPER QUALITY MATTRESS THAN WHAT I PICKED OUTAND PURCHSED FROM CLEARANCE. SALESMAN WAS DAVID CASTRO THAT WAS THE LYING SALESMAN, VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCOMODATING AND A LIAR. NEW ROCHELLE New York

I had a horrible experience when purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm in New Rochelle, NY with a salesman named David Castro. At time of purchase my husband took a picture of the item with the item number that was to be delivered, David (salesman) was entering the wrong item number when my husband confronted him and told him "please make sure you enter the right mattress to be delivered". Of course a delivery of another cheaper quality mattress was sent to my address. We was deeply offended by the unprofessional behavior of the sales assistant (David Castro) when we went back to the shop to complain. He was very rude, unaccomodating, talking to us like he is arguing with his friends in the streets. He refused to give me the mattress I had originally purchased and did not receive. I asked him to exchange he said "YOU ARE DONE" a few times to us. He stated he was the "office manager" and his coworker also stated he was the "office manager" but was not allowed by David Castro to help us when we asked to speak to the other manger. He stated he will give me a full refund abut was not able to generate one until a few days later he will email it to me. that's when I refused to leave until I was helped with an exchange or a full refund receipt before I leave. The salesman then got loud I was recording him and called the police and got a report. I have been trying to call a corporate headquarters of MATTRESS FIRM with no live assistance and all the numbers refer you to call the local office of your purchase. After many complaints posted on many different sites, Mattress Firm april.holmes@mfrm.com called me to let me know that I have a few options give me free pillows, $100 credit or to have them pick up the mattresses from my home.  If you purchased a brand new mattress you have up to 120days to return it for a refund but if on your sales order you see an O next to an item description then that item is used no warranty no refunds no returns now if you don't see this on your sales order that means you have been defrauded you are now one of the millions of consumers that have been defrauded by mattress firm without thier consumers knowledge its actually company policy to sell used mattresses as brand new in all of mattress firms outlet and mega center locations. You have to call your state attorney general and files complaint if you paid with a credit card you could despute the charge with them.
