Do not buy from mattress giant. The salesman, actually manager, Dave, conned us into buying a particular bed frame.

The rails looked too long for the Queen bed, but he stated that it must be a mistake- a king frame on accident. The queen was shorter.

AFter buying it, and the rails being too long, he refused to help resolve the problem. Either he didnt care or he was uneducated about the beds (shouldn't the manager of all people be educated in the products they sell?)

I tried to peacefully work out a solution, but he became very rude. Eventually just ignoring me, constantly walking away from me.

Even joking to other customers about me. He forced me to become loud - which I hate doing. They apparently don't care enough about customer satisfaction to train their managers.

If you buy from them, know that if anything goes wrong, you're on your own.

While I am very sorry for your unsatisfactory experience with Mattress Giant, I think you could've gone further to resolve your problem. The manager was obviously in the wrong and should've been more professional and courteous and showed an active interest in helping you as a customer. I want to stress that not every Mattress Giant store will provide the same service. There will always be an employee that is there only for the paycheck and not concerned with customer satisfaction, it's like that in every industry. I believe that when you were not getting a favorable response from the manager you were dealing with, you could have gone above him and called the Corporate Office and reported him. It is impossible to know how individual store managers are handling complaints such as the one you had. We welcome anyone who has such a hard time resolvong issues with a store manager to call the Corporate Headquarters and report the unprofessional employee. I am sure your problem would be resolved efficiently and to your satisfaction and the employee be relieved of his duties. Mattress Giant relies on customer satisfaction and would like to be aware of issues like these.
