A DAY BED WAS PURCHASED FOR MY DAUGHTER- I HAD TO WAIT FOR MY CHANGE- THE EMPLOYEE CAME BACK WITH PIZZA BUT NOT WITH MY CHANGE-HIS LUNCH WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A CUSTOMER WAITING WITH THREE SMALL CHILDREN- 2 DAYS LATER WHEN THE DAY BED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY FOR PICK-UP, (FIFTY DOLLARS FOR DELIVERY AND 25.00 FOR SET-UP), WAS NOT READY AND THEY OFFERED A FLOOR MODEL WHICH WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION- FOR THEY HAD JUST ASSEMBLED IT- (THEY SAID)-

WHEN IT ARRIVED, IT HAD SCRATCHES AND DINGS IN THE METAL AND WOODEN POSTS- WHEN I CALLED THE STORE, THE EMPLOYEE CALLED ME HONEY- I ASKED HIM KINDLY TO CALL ME BY MY NAME- HE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND KEPT CALLING ME HONEY- I WAS ANGRY SO I CALLED THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND I MADE SUCH A STINK, I AM GETTING THE DAY BED REPLACED, WHICH MY HUSBAND WILL ASSEMBLE, ALONG WITH THE MATTRESS- BE PERSISTANT AND DON'T TAKE BAD BUSINESS FROM ANYONE- I DIDN'T!
