Complaint Review: Mattress Warehouse

Mattrees Warehouse advertised a closeout sale they picture a mattress that looks like a standard quality mattress I purchased this mattress set they charged my account before they even attempted to deliver the goods.

On the delivery date one delivery guy carried the whole set thorugh my home it was the poorest quailty I have ever seen upon entering my home he stated that "no one buy's this s**t" and laughed.

My sons twin mattress alone was thicker than the whole set combined I have never even seen a mattress like these before it was the cheapest thing I have ever seen I could lift the whole set with no problem I thought this must be some kind of joke this is not my set I called the number that was on the site but the person I spoke to told me that i could not get my money back nor could exchange the set then he told me that he could not help me with an online purchase Monica was in charge of that and he give me a number to call but when I called the number they told me I had the wrong number and they give me another number to call I called and told the guy what happened he laughed I was more than furious at this point after two days of calling different numbers leaving countless emails on their web site and leaving many voice messages did I get a response and this only after leaving a message stating that if I did not get some kind of response by the end of the day I would take further action i than got an email stating they could not give may money back and that they had sent me the highest quality mattress set avilable for the money I paid and that I could by a set for a higher price and just pay the differnce
