We do apologize for any frustrations you're having while trying to get your mattress evaluated/replaced.  Your retail store will handle your warranty claim as long as they are still open and carry Sealy products, however if you're having problems trying to process your claim through your retailer please pull up our website and go to the customer service tab.  You will find our number to call for service there and we would be happy to contact the retail store to get the inspection information and the claim standings.  We look forward to assisting you.

What reason(s) did Sealy give for "egnoring" your complaints?

You did ask, right?

Does it meet ALL the criteria for replacement as stated in the written warranty that came with it?

IF it meets ALL requirements, notify the BBB and possibly your states attorney general for a violation of the terms of their warranty.

If NOT, you're probably out of luck.
