Sent Maura Hayes a check for $400.00 for a GWP puppy. She switched sires which I did not like. Contract stated money returned if no pup avalilable. No pups as there was no litter. She is a scam artist. I have been trying to collect for over 2 years.....she has got to be stopped as she is continuing her deceptive practices.
I have taken her to court and I have won my case but she simply does not show up and she is now in contempt as she sent the court a letter that she would send me a check (and that was 4 months ago) and I have not received anything.

Maura Hayes did basically the same thing to me too. She refused to sell me a puppy and then did not refund my deposit. She called the police saying I threatened her. She is a liar and a cheat.

I know first hand that these statements are false. Marlene was notified of the change in sire. On more than one occasion. She didn't like that her refund wasn't given and claims that she wasn't told, though there is wrotten documentation stating otherwise. Marlene is an old, psychotic, stalker of a human, if you can call her even that and has ZERO LIFE. SHE IS NOTHING BUT A TROLL. There are countless satisfied customers and testimonals that I have seen with my own eyes. Just like ALL GARBAGE AND GOSSIP ON THE INTERNET.... IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH GO TO THE SOURCE.
